Johnny went above and beyond getting in to my 5 crawl spaces to inspect for termites. He pointed out a couple spaces where he thought nice might be getting I. And also pointed out a spot where my stucco had completely fallen off my house. Not that I loved hearing any of it lol but I appreciate his attention to detail!

Hello Nicole! Today I was here for your quarterly pest service. First I performed a visual inspection while removing all cobwebs from around the exterior of the property, windows, doorways, and underneath the eaves, and no pest issues were noticed during today's service. I checked and replenished both bait stations, both had minor activity. Then I performed a liquid treatment around the exterior of the property as a preventative for all general pests. First I inspected all interior MBS and only the stations in the basement had heavy rodent activity and minimal in the attic, but I placed fresh bait in all stations as needed. Next I applied a liquid treatment interior throughout the entire home from top to bottom along the baseboards as a preventative for general pest. Then I performed a visual inspection while removing all cobwebs from around the exterior of the property, windows, doorways, and underneath the eaves, and no pest issues were noticed during today's service. Then I performed a liquid treatment around the exterior of the property, windows, doorways, and underneath the eaves as a preventative for all general pests. last I inspected both exterior RBS and there was minimal rodent activity, but I placed fresh bait in all stations as needed. Hi Sally, it was great meeting you this morning! Today I completed your Premium Plus Pest initial service for ants. Upon arrival you showed me ants trailing on kitchen counter top. I applied an ant gel to kitchen counter where trail was being seen. I also provided an ant trap to put in the way of their trail if a new one arises. I started exterior treatment by removing cobwebs using my webster pole and installing termite monitors to each corner of home. Then I treated exterior perimeter of home with a liquid residual for general pests. Please slow 10-14 days for treatment’s best effects.
