Was very happy with the service I received on 7/4. I was worried about my basement, but he also went down there and sprayed. Made me feel a lot better. Only critique is I wish he would have closed my gate when he was finished. My dog ended up getting out that night. :/ I found him. Also my fault for not checking completely. But overall I’m happy and hope to have great results.

Johnny went above and beyond getting in to my 5 crawl spaces to inspect for termites. He pointed out a couple spaces where he thought nice might be getting I. And also pointed out a spot where my stucco had completely fallen off my house. Not that I loved hearing any of it lol but I appreciate his attention to detail!

They do a great job every time! The techs are very attentive and we’ve never had any issues with pests since we started using their services. They are professional and they update me every quarter when they service the property. Highly recommend!

Hello! Today I was here for your Initial pest service. First I placed 6 MBS throughout the basement to monitor & eliminate rodent activity. Then I placed 2 snap traps behind the stove to help eliminate any rodent activity. Then I performed a visual inspection while removing all cobwebs from around the exterior of the property, windows, doorways, and underneath the eaves, and no pest issues were noticed during today's service. Then I performed a liquid treatment around the exterior of the property, windows, doorways, and underneath the eaves as a preventative for all general pests. Next I placed an exterior RBS under the deck to monitor and eliminate rodent activity. Last I installed 4 termite monitor around the outside to monitor for termites moving forward. Hello! Today I did your regularly scheduled quarterly service. Inside the home I checked all rodent stations and only found activity in 2 bait stations. I also replaced a glue trap that had a dead mouse on it. I swept the eaves, doorways, and windowsills, knocking down spider webs and egg sacs. I treated the foundation, doorways, and window trims with a liquid solution to prevent entry from any unwanted pests. I checked the rodent bait station and found heavy activity. I replaced the bait accordingly. Please give 2 weeks for the treatment to fully take effect.
