Hello, it was nice speaking with you this afternoon! Today I completed your Premium Pest initial service for general pests. Upon arrival, I spoke with Erin about cockroach activity it’s seen in kitchen and ant activity it’s seen to front baseboards/window sill of home. I treated kitchen and basement baseboards with a liquid residual for general pests and cockroaches. I also applied a cockroach gel bait to cabinets under sink and to left of fridge. I applied ant gel to cracks and crevices in the baseboard to front of home, below window. I started exterior treatment by removing visible cobwebs using my webster pole. I also treated exterior perimeter of home with a liquid residual for general pests. Please allow 10-14 days for treatment’s best effects. All interior bait stations in basement were either empty or had heavy activity. Seeing as we haven’t been inside in a while, this seems accurate. Exterior bait station showed no signs of rodent activity it’s. I removed and refreshed bait to all bait stations. No activity found to termite monitors. I found back right termite monitor was missing its stake so I replaced it. I removed visible cobwebs using my webster pole. Hello! Today I was here for your quarterly pest service. You reported no issues interior so I treated around the exterior during today’s visit. First I performed a visual inspection while removing all cobwebs from around the exterior of the property, windows, doorways, detached shed, detached garage, and underneath the eaves, and no pest issues were noticed during today's service. Then I performed a liquid treatment around the exterior of the property, windows, doorways, detached shed, detached garage, and underneath the eaves as a preventative for all general pests. Last I inspected all exterior RBS and there was minimal rodent activity around the home and heavy rodent activity around the detached shed, but I placed fresh bait in all stations as needed.
