Such a wonderful experience from beginning to end. I’m big on no shoes in the house Mark had shoes covers at the ready! He walked me through the entire house and showed me all the “hot spots”. He explained all the necessary steps and why they were necessary. Over all awesome experience.

When I was in the basement, he removed the bottom drawer of the stove to put a bait box behind the stove. I came up seeing him close the drawer and I said ‘no, I can pull the stove out’. He said he already put the box back there. The thing is now we can’t get the drawer to open and the way it’s supposed to. We ask that next time you send a different technician over.

Good afternoon. My name is Mark Ray. It was nice seeing you again today. I was at your home today to perform your regularly scheduled quarterly service. I inspected and replenished your rodent and mouse bait stations. The exterior stations evidenced minimal activity. The interior stations did not evidence any activity at all. As we discussed, please do not provide any other food source. And also, please trim back some of the vegetation around your home at least 12 inches away from the foundation in order for us to be able to provide the most effective treatment and also to be able to identify any possible entry points. Additionally I expected your termite monitoring stations. They did not evidence any activity. I was unable to perform your exterior spray due to the rain. We will schedule for us to come back out and take care of that within the next couple of days. After my inspection, I determined to apply an ant gel bait in apartment four. I also treated in areas of concern with a liquid residual product to protect against all general pest in the same apartment. I removed all spiderwebs from the exterior and treated the perimeter, including windows and doors with a liquid product to prevent entrance and infestation, and also to provide residual protection from all general pests. I also treated the soffits all the way around underneath and where they meet the shingles. I was unable to reach all the way to the top of the roof, but I basically got the areas where it looked like they were entering and hanging around all the way around the building.
