Such a wonderful experience from beginning to end. I’m big on no shoes in the house Mark had shoes covers at the ready! He walked me through the entire house and showed me all the “hot spots”. He explained all the necessary steps and why they were necessary. Over all awesome experience.

When I was in the basement, he removed the bottom drawer of the stove to put a bait box behind the stove. I came up seeing him close the drawer and I said ‘no, I can pull the stove out’. He said he already put the box back there. The thing is now we can’t get the drawer to open and the way it’s supposed to. We ask that next time you send a different technician over.
