Such a wonderful experience from beginning to end. I’m big on no shoes in the house Mark had shoes covers at the ready! He walked me through the entire house and showed me all the “hot spots”. He explained all the necessary steps and why they were necessary. Over all awesome experience.

When I was in the basement, he removed the bottom drawer of the stove to put a bait box behind the stove. I came up seeing him close the drawer and I said ‘no, I can pull the stove out’. He said he already put the box back there. The thing is now we can’t get the drawer to open and the way it’s supposed to. We ask that next time you send a different technician over.

After my inspection, I determined to place a large rodent station in the rear of the home by the air conditioning unit. For mouse bait stations throughout the house. One in the cabinet over top of the stove, another the right side of the stove, one up in the sill plate at the bottom of the basement stairs, and another in the basement windowsill. I also treated the exterior perimeter of the property, including windows and doors with a liquid product to prevent entrance and or infestation, and also to provide residual protection from all general pests. We will follow up again in 30 days, after which we will come out on a quarterly basis. We asked that after each quarterly visit, please allow 10 to 14 days for desired results. Good afternoon! Today I completed your quarterly pest control service. I took down any cobwebs I saw around windows and doors to limit spider activity on the interior of your home. I also checked your exterior rodent control devices. They were all low activity, so I refilled them with fresh bait. I sprayed the exterior foundation with a non-repellent solution, targeting general pest, such as ants, wasp, and spiders. Please allow 7 to 10 days for the results of this treatment.
