When I was in the basement, he removed the bottom drawer of the stove to put a bait box behind the stove. I came up seeing him close the drawer and I said ‘no, I can pull the stove out’. He said he already put the box back there. The thing is now we can’t get the drawer to open and the way it’s supposed to. We ask that next time you send a different technician over.

Excellent experience! Called around 4pm the night before our service was scheduled and said he was nearby if we wanted it taken care of sooner. Came by 15 minutes later and sprayed and scraped a hornets nest off the side of the house. Quick, professional, and courteous! While I hope we won’t need to, I would absolutely use them again!

It was a pleasure speaking with you today! Today I applied a liquid residual around the exterior of the home. This will aid in the elimination and prevention of various pests such as ants and other surface crawling insects that may try to enter the structure. I made sure to avoid any personal items located against the foundation of the home as well as any flowering plants or edibles. I spot treated the small wasp nest at the garage door too. I checked and replenished any rodent bait stations located around the perimeter of the home. Heavy feeding observed. Replaced bait accordingly. Then, I applied a liquid application around exterior foundations, doors, windowsills, and under siding. This application will help to control any ants and spring/summer invaders. I inspected and rebated your exterior rodent station by the air conditioner. Unit Next, I thoroughly treated the exterior with liquid residual material.
