Hello today, I completed your quarterly pest control service. While in the basement today, I noticed two gaps in your foundation, one with the sump pump line, and one around the waterline. I recommend getting those sealed to reduce pest activity I checked your interior and exterior bait stations and found no activity at this time. I refilled with fresh bait. I sprayed the exterior foundation with a non-repellent liquid solution, targeting ant, spiders, and other general pests. Please allow two weeks for the treatment to take full effect. Today I completed your initial service. Inspection did find any termites. I installed 4 termite monitors outside near the corners of home. I placed outside 1 large rodent bait station near rear deck and 7 mouse bait stations inside home ( 2 garage/ 2 kitchen (sink/refrigerator) and 3 in unfinished basement sill. I did stuff copper mesh in the gap but I do recommend getting a sealed properly. I checked your exterior and interior bait stations in your basement and garage and found light activity. Good afternoon I completed your initial service today. I started by inspecting around the kitchen area. I found ants traveling around the refrigerator into the closet and back to the sliding glass door. I placed an gel in some of the corners around the kitchen. I also treated the kitchen perimeter with a liquid residual for ants and other general pests. I then inspected the downstairs office. I found a live centipede in the middle of the floor and a couple ants by the door. I treated this area as well with the same liquid residual. Moving into the garage I treated this area with the same liquid residual. During the exterior inspection, I found a bunch of ants by the front door and the back garage door.
