Good afternoon it was a pleasure speaking with you today. I completed a one time service for crickets. Crickets were reported in the unit. I treated throughout the unit including the utility room with a liquid residual at baseboard level for crickets and general insect control. I hid glue traps in the unit and placed 2 in the utility room to catch and monitor the activity. I noticed a humidifier during the treatment. Advise the tenant to use it less as the humidity will increase all insect presence into the dwelling. I treated the exterior also with a liquid residual around the foundation, windows, doors, cracks, and crevices for cricket and general insect control. Tenant may see an increase in activity before decreases. Please allow 7 to 10 days for the best results. Thank you for choosing Green Pest solutions and have a great day
