Good afternoon. It was a pleasure speaking with you today. Your initial pest control service was completed this afternoon. I inspected the areas you indicated on the interior and inspected the exterior for termites and found no signs of activity. I did notice the springtails in the window sill. I applied a liquid residual treatment to the interior of the garage, bathrooms,kitchen and window sills for general pest control focusing on springtails. I placed two glue boards in the garage to monitor pest activity. I removed the cobwebs from the exterior of the home. A different liquid residual treatment was applied to the exterior foundation, soffits, eaves, the underside of the back deck, the bottoms of windows and the sides of doorways of the home for general and seasonal pest control. Good afternoon sorry I missed you today. I completed one time B service. I inspected the front of the home and saw the big nest up on the third floor in the window,a small nest to the right of the front door around the center of the top of the garage door. See images of attached to account. I removed the one on the third floor as best as I could. The one by the door was very small. It was easily removed. The one in behind the brick cannot be removed.
