Hello! Today I was here for your quarterly pest service. First I applied a liquid treatment interior throughout the entire basement as a preventative, mainly for spiders and all other general pests. Then I inspected both RBS in the crawlspace and there was very minimal rodent activity, but I placed fresh bait in all stations as needed. Next, I inspected the three exterior RBS and there was minimal activity, but I placed first paying off station that needed. Next I performed a visual inspection while removing all cobwebs from around the exterior of the property, windows, doorways, and underneath the eaves, and no pest issues were noticed during today's service. Then I performed a liquid treatment around the exterior of the property, windows, doorways, and underneath the eaves as a preventative for all general pests. Exterior bait station to back right of home was empty. I removed and refreshed bait to exterior bait stations. I removed visible cobwebs using my webster pole. Good morning. Today I completed your complete quarterly pest control service. I started off inspecting the exterior and removing all visible cobwebs from doors and windows. No issues to report. The exterior bait stations had very light feeding, I replenished all the bait. A liquid application was applied to the exterior foundation to help control seasonal pests. I then inspected all your sentricon termite bait stations. I am happy to report, no termite activity at this time! Please allow 10 to 14 days for our products to take effect.
