The technician Johnny was very knowledgeable and professional explaining in detail what he was going to be doing during today’s service and what to be on the alert for moving forward. He worked very efficiently and he was very respectful of my home and wore protective shoe covers. We are pleased with this company & the service Johnny provided. Hello! Today I completed your initial quarterly service. Termite activity was observed to the right side of the home inside mulch bed. For the ant concern I applied a granular bait around front trees. I treated the exterior of the home and shed with a liquid residual for general insect prevention. Termite monitors were installed around the exterior. I also knocked down any webs seen during the visit with my web duster. Today I completed your termite station inspection. As advised, what you saw were some swarmers. These were sent out from some colonies that may be in the area, to start new colonies. After checking the stations I did find activity in the stations on the garage side. I recommend us coming back out in 3 months to inspect again to see if the activity in stations has increased or decreased. And if you see any more termites in question please try to bag them for us to inspect on our next visit. Contact our office if you have any questions or concerns.
