Johnny was very friendly, well informed and willing to answer all of my questions. He took his time to walk through the entire house with me before starting. Good morning. It was nice speaking with you today. Your quarterly pest control service was completed this morning. I checked and refilled the interior bait stations due to heavy feeding activity. I replaced the glue boards in the basement to help monitor pest activity. I removed the cobwebs from the exterior of the home. I placed an exterior bait station on the left side of a home where I saw burrowing and drug marks for mouse activity. I sealed up the exterior penetrations to help mitigate mouse entry. A liquid residual treatment was applied to the exterior foundation, the bottoms of windows and the size of doorways of the home for general and seasonal pest control. Hello! Today I was here for your Termite install service. First I performed a visual inspection of the interior and exterior of the property for Termites and only old termite mud tunnels was found in the second floor master bedroom and no other signs of termite activity was found around the exterior during today’s visit. Then I installed all 14 Termite stations around the property were need to always have active protection against Termites. Any questions or concerns please feel free to contact us. Today I completed your pest initial treatment. The main concern was bees getting into the building coming from the exterior. I inspected the exterior of the building and didn’t see any activity at this time. Bees go dormant at 52 degrees and it was in the 30s during the treatment. I treated the suspected areas for the bees with a liquid residual to kill and control them. When the queen dies the rest if the hive will die. I will schedule a one week follow up to check the status of the bees. I inspected the exterior for possible pest entry points. There are just some cracks and crevices. The windows need screens as insects can get through the window tracks. I treated the exterior of the building with a liquid residual for the control of seasonal insects.
