Johnny was very friendly, well informed and willing to answer all of my questions. He took his time to walk through the entire house with me before starting. Good morning it was a pleasure speaking with you today. I completed your premium pest control quarterly service. You reported having a lot of flies in the basement. I advised that we really don’t treat for flies. I treated the basement with a liquid residual. Replaced the glue traps and added some more. I inspected the rodent stations three of them had some activity in them. I replaced the bait as needed . I dusted the exterior and inside the back porch for any visible cobwebs. I maintained the exterior rodent station. It was completely empty. I refilled it with bait I inspected for any possible entry points. None were found at this time. I placed ant bait arenas and filled them with ant gel bait. Then I applied a liquid treatment to the area where the ants where located at. Then I did another visual inspection for entry points of mice/rats while removing all cobwebs from around the exterior of the property, windows, doorways, and underneath the eaves, and no pest issues were noticed during today's service. I placed down four termination monitors on the four corners of your house. Then I performed a liquid treatment around the exterior of the property, windows, doorways, and underneath the eaves as a preventative for all general pests. Good morning. It was nice speaking with you today. Your quarterly pest control service was completed this morning. I checked and refilled the interior bait stations due to heavy feeding activity. I replaced the glue boards in the basement to help monitor pest activity. I removed the cobwebs from the exterior of the home. I placed an exterior bait station on the left side of a home where I saw burrowing and drug marks for mouse activity. I sealed up the exterior penetrations to help mitigate mouse entry. A liquid residual treatment was applied to the exterior foundation, the bottoms of windows and the size of doorways of the home for general and seasonal pest control.
