Jose was very personable. He explained everything he was doing and what to expect after. He made recommendations for the next visit to assure a positive outcome. The chemicals they use are child and animal friendly which is important to us. Good morning, Danielle! Today I competed your Premium Plus Pest initial service for mice. Upon arrival we spoke about mice activity being seen on kitchen counter tops and around baseboards in living room and master bedroom. During my inspection, I found droppings in attic and around spoken activity areas. I installed snap traps to master bedroom corner, kitchen countertop behind digital frame, and in living room on shelf, behind the sofa. I also installed 4 interior bait stations: 2 on basement sill - 1 above washer, 1 above dart board 2 in attic- 1 to top right landing of steps, 1 under shelving to middle area on left. During my exterior inspection, I noticed possible entry points around basement window to left side and solar conduit leading to attic on right side of home. I was able to install copper mesh to gaps around basement window. I recommend trying to re-caulk around conduit’s attic entry to prevent rodent entry. I installed 2 exterior bait stations: 1 front right of home
