Good afternoon today I completed your premium plus past initial service. Your major concern was mice, you also get crickets and ants. We spoke about the history of termites at your home. It has been treated, but not since you have lived in the home. There is no termite activity at this time. I treated the basement with a liquid residual for crickets and general insect control. I placed glue traps throughout the basement to monitor and catch any activity. I also placed rodent stations in the basement and in the kitchen behind the stove drawer. I please termite monitors at the corners of the home. I placed a large rodent station by the bilco door in the back. I dusted the home exterior for any visible cobwebs. I inspected the exterior for possible pest entry points. Only one was found in the bilco area. Mr is going to fill it with expanding foam. I treated the exterior of the home with a liquid residual for the control of seasonal insects. The activity may increase before it decreases. P
Good afternoon today I completed your premium plus pest control initial service. I spoke with your husband and he reported that you have ants spiders and crickets inside the home. We also spoke about the termite history of the home and it had termites at one point but was remediated. There was no termite activity today I placed termite monitors at the corners of the outside of the home. These will monitor for termite activity. I treated most of the interior, including the crawlspace and the basement excluding the children’s rooms with a liquid residual for ant, spider, and cricket control. I placed a couple ant traps in the areas that ants were seen as well as giving Mr a couple extra. The ants will start to come out when they discover the gel. They should come out in masses and go away overnight. Then a small re-emergence may happen about a week later. Please do not use any other substances. It may render the treatment ineffective. Good morning today I completed your Premium plus pest Control quarterly service. You reported mice as the main concern. We also spoke that the home has had termite treatment in the past. I placed rodent stations in the basement, crawl area and kitchen. I did see droppings in the kitchen and basement. Keep food in sealed storage containers so mice cannot get into the food. Store away any grass or bird seed even in garage areas. This is a source of food for mice and they will not eat the bait. Pick up dog food when food is not being eaten as mice will eat it. I placed termite monitors at the corners of the home. A rodent station was placed on the exterior to deter mice from entering the home. I dusted the home exterior for any visible cobwebs. I inspected the exterior for possible pest entry points. I found 2 small ones where there was some foam and filled them.
