Daniel K was very thorough. He listened carefully then took his time inside and outside the home. He addressed the roach issue and located "ground zero" of where the problem originated. He is a real asset to your company! This is the first time we got relief from a problem that was going on for a few months with home remedies of constant fogging and spraying. He got to the root of the problem!

Today was our regularly scheduled service and as always, Green Pest showed up on time and did a thorough job treating our property. Johnny, the technician checked in with us to see if we had any concerns. He inspected the outside of the house and property, let me know there was no termite activity in the stations and treated the area. Hello! Today I was here for your Initial pest service. First I placed 4 MBS in the garage, kitchen and utility closet to monitor and eliminate rodent activity. Then I performed a visual inspection while removing all cobwebs from around the exterior of the property, windows, doorways, and underneath the eaves, and ant activity were noticed during today's service but I applied ant gel bait in the area to eliminate them. Then I performed a liquid treatment around the exterior of the property, windows, doorways, and underneath the eaves as a preventative for all general pests. Next I placed two exterior RBS around the property to monitor and eliminate rodent activity. Then I placed copper mesh in three areas around the home to eliminate possible entry point. Good afternoon it was a pleasure speaking with you today. I completed your premium plus pest control. Initial service reported some noises in the wall possible mice in the attic. I placed rodent stations in the attic. Upon my inspection, I didn’t see any droppings or borrowing in the insulation. We spoke about the termite history of the home that you didn’t really know if there was. I saw termite bait stations around home suggesting that it was treated prior to your ownership. I did not see any termite activity at this time, I placed termite monitors at the corners of the home. I placed exterior rodent stations on either side of the home. I found some entry points. I filled the one that I could and advise that you needed to cover the vents on the back of the home so that pest could not get in. I dusted the exterior for any visible cobwebs.
