Today was our regularly scheduled service and as always, Green Pest showed up on time and did a thorough job treating our property. Johnny, the technician checked in with us to see if we had any concerns. He inspected the outside of the house and property, let me know there was no termite activity in the stations and treated the area. We’re happy to say we are living ant free in our home since Green Pest began servicing our house. We appreciate how polite and knowledgeable GP technicians are. Thank you Johnny!

Good morning it was a pleasure speaking with you today. I completed your premium pest control quarterly service. you reported mice in the garage. I inspected the doors and advise that the doors need new weatherstripping in the area on either side of all of the doors needs to be filled with some expanding foam. I placed three rodent stations inside to kill control the mice. The mice may not stay in there as of right now they have access to come and go as they please. Hello Alida! Today I was here for your Initial pest service. First I performed a visual inspection of your kitchen and crawl space, I placed two small bait stations on the crawl space and six glue boards. I placed two more small bait stations in the kitchen under the sink and glue boards under the oven and under the sink. Then I performed another visual inspection for entry points of mice/rats around the exterior. I found one entry point so I seal it up with chopper mesh. I placed two exterior bait stations one by the ac unit and the other on the right side of the house. I also placed down four termination monitors on the four corners of your house. Then I performed a liquid treatment around the exterior of the property, windows, doorways, and underneath the eaves as a preventative for all general pests. Hello! Today I completed your Premium Pest initial service for ants. Upon arrival you showed me the activity area in master bedroom. We found ants trailing all along the baseboard and into right window trim. I applied an ant gel along baseboard and into window trim where they were trailing. I also provided two ant arenas, with gel inside, to add to dining room area if needed. I started exterior treatment by removing visible cobwebs with my Webster pole. Then I treated exterior perimeter and around windows and doors of home with a liquid residual for general pests. Please allow 10-14 days for treatment’s best effects. Hello! Today I completed your premium plus pest initial service for springtails. Upon arrival, you showed me activity areas on the interior which were the around the back right door and bathroom. I applied a liquid residual to baseboards in those areas. I also inspected crawlspace and found no activity during this time. I started exterior treatment by removing visible cobwebs and installing termite monitors to each corner of home. Hello! Today I was here for your quarterly pest service. you reported no issues interior so I treated around the exterior during today’s visit. First I performed a visual inspection while removing all cobwebs from around the exterior of the property, windows, doorways, and underneath the eaves, and a lot of ants issues were noticed during today's service so I applied ant gel bait in all areas as needed to help eliminate them. Then I performed a liquid treatment around the exterior of the property, windows, doorways, and underneath the eaves as a preventative for all general pests. Next I inspected the three exterior RBS and there were no signs of rodent activity, but I placed fresh bait in all stations as needed. Last I inspected all exterior termite stations, and there were no signs of termite activity observed during time of visit but a couple of the traps had ant activity in them so I applied gel bait in them to help eliminate the ants. Mrs reported that Mr wanted the ant traps refilled with gel and some placed in the bathrooms downstairs, the glue traps replaced in the utility room and the room is treated. I treated throughout the upstairs bathroom dining room, kitchen, downstairs lowest level all with the liquid residual at baseboard level for ant and general insect control. I replaced the glue traps in the utility room. I refilled all of the ant traps and placed one in each bathroom downstairs in the lowest level. I maintained the exterior rodent stations. Both of them had minimal to moderate activity. I refilled the bait in both I dusted the exterior for any visible cobwebs. I inspected for any possible entry points. None were found at this time.
