Today was our regularly scheduled service and as always, Green Pest showed up on time and did a thorough job treating our property. Johnny, the technician checked in with us to see if we had any concerns. He inspected the outside of the house and property, let me know there was no termite activity in the stations and treated the area. Good afternoon it was a pleasure speaking with you today. I completed your premium plus pest control initial service. You reported mouse activity in the kitchen. We also spoke about the termite history of the home and there has been none to this date and no activity at this time. I placed rodent stations inside the kitchen and basement. I also placed a trap behind the stove with the bait station. There was a hole where the gas line goes to the basement. I filled it with copper mesh. I placed termite monitors at the corners of the home. I placed a large rodent station on the left side of the home to deter rodents from entering the home. I inspected for any possible entry points. I found several on the front of the home. They were filled with copper mesh. I treated the exterior of the home with a liquid residual for general and seasonal insect control. Good afternoon. Today I completed your sentricon bait station complete service up grade. I installed (16) sentricon termite bait stations around the perimeter of the home. They were installed about 10 to 20 feet apart. I added an extra station to the corner of the home where termites were observed.
