Carlos did an amazing job on a requested service to treat for ants and mice coming in during the fall. I'm incredibly appreciative of Green Pest Solutions because they encourage their on-site technicians, like Carlos, to go the extra mile and to ensure that the service is done to the highest level of customer satisfaction. On top of that, while chatting with Carlos, it was immediately apparent how much knowledge he brings from decades of pest removal work. I could see him bringing that to bear when looking for and mitigating sources of pest intrusion. He was also able to describe the rationale for why they switch the type of bait they're using for different types of pests throughout the year according to their nutritional goals. On top of all of that, I'm very particular about the type of service providers that we have in our house. Quoted me a price over the phone and I agreed. They said it was a quarterly service and I would be charged accordingly. I signed an agreement that was very ambiguous when it cam to how they charged. I didn't think anything of it because I had a similar package with them years before. Well, they started charging me monthly what I expected to be quarterly. When I called them to discuss, they were difficult about it. I told them I would have NEVER agreed to monthly charges. I waited for their management team to review and they never got back to me - they just submitted to collections. Total scam artists!

As such, I completed your initial pest service and inspection. I swept away spider webs and removed several active wasp nests as needed. I treated a large active hornet nest on the soffit and removed as much as possible without risking damaging the house. I applied a non repellent solution around the perimeter of your home at the foundation level as well as the windows and doors targeting general pests including ants and spiders. Please allow 2 weeks for optimal results with this treatment. It is recommended to cut back all vegetation in direct contact with or close proximity to the house at least 12 inches. Good morning, it was nice speaking with you today. Today I completed the premium pest initial service. I removed a large amount of cobwebs from the exterior to reduce spider activity. I placed two large rodent bait stations on the exterior of the property to monitor and control rodent activity. There is one station on the side of the house near the HVAC unit and the other station is along the back fence near the chicken coop. I spot treated the yellow jacket entry points with a non-repellent solution. Please allow 7 to 10 days for activity to dissipate. I also applied a non-repellent solution around the exterior foundation to target ants and other general pests. Please allow 10 to 14 days for the results of this treatment.
