The Green Pest technician Carlos Hernandez was excellent! He was very friendly and made sure to do our scheduled treatment while also walking around to answer the questions and solve the issues we were having. He explained how everything worked and was super professional and knowledgeable.

Quoted me a price over the phone and I agreed. They said it was a quarterly service and I would be charged accordingly. I signed an agreement that was very ambiguous when it cam to how they charged. I didn't think anything of it because I had a similar package with them years before. Well, they started charging me monthly what I expected to be quarterly. When I called them to discuss, they were difficult about it. I told them I would have NEVER agreed to monthly charges. I waited for their management team to review and they never got back to me - they just submitted to collections. Total scam artists!

We checked the exterior rodent bait stations and mouse bait station in the garage. Mouse stations showed no activity, minor activity in the exterior station on the front of the home, and the other two showed heavy activity. We refilled these stations with fresh bait.
