Quoted me a price over the phone and I agreed. They said it was a quarterly service and I would be charged accordingly. I signed an agreement that was very ambiguous when it cam to how they charged. I didn't think anything of it because I had a similar package with them years before. Well, they started charging me monthly what I expected to be quarterly. When I called them to discuss, they were difficult about it. I told them I would have NEVER agreed to monthly charges. I waited for their management team to review and they never got back to me - they just submitted to collections. Total scam artists!

Hi, good afternoon, today I completed your premium plus service. I checked the termite monitors, they show no signs of activity. I checked the interior rodent bait stations by the garage door and the exterior rodent bait station in the backyard, they all showed heavy activity, I replaced all with fresh bait. I sprayed a non-repellent solution around the exterior foundation of your home to target ants, spiders, centipedes, beetles, and other general pest. Good afternoon Carole. Today we completed your pest control service. European hornet activity observed on the front of the home. We inspected in the attic to find no nest or activity at the time of service. We treated the entry point on the front of the home with a liquid residual insecticide.
