Quoted me a price over the phone and I agreed. They said it was a quarterly service and I would be charged accordingly. I signed an agreement that was very ambiguous when it cam to how they charged. I didn't think anything of it because I had a similar package with them years before. Well, they started charging me monthly what I expected to be quarterly. When I called them to discuss, they were difficult about it. I told them I would have NEVER agreed to monthly charges. I waited for their management team to review and they never got back to me - they just submitted to collections. Total scam artists!

Good morning David. Today we competed your upgrade to Premuin Plus service. We performed a termite inspection on both the interior and exterior of the home. No termite activity found at the time of service. We also placed four termite monitoring devices on the exterior corners of home to monitor for any termite activity.
