We’ve had several technicians come out from Green Pest Solutions but Carlos was the first and only one to actually find the source and solve it. He was incredibly thorough, patient, and knowledgeable—taking the time to explain everything clearly and make sure the problem was fully addressed. Sam with Green Pest has been out for a few service calls for us and he is always very thorough in helping us figure out how to solve our issues with mice. Good morning it was a pleasure speaking today. I completed your premium plus pest control initial service. You reported that you were having roaches in the kitchen a little in the basement and some in the bathroom. And you also noticed the mouse or two. I placed rodent stations behind the stove and in the basement on the foundation ledge I treated the kitchen, bathroom, powder, room, dining room and basement with a liquid residual to kill control, roach, cricket and general insect activity. I used a roach gel bait in areas to aid in the control of roaches. I placed glue traps in the kitchen in certain areas to monitor and catch the activity. We spoke about the termite history of your home. You were sure of any history of termites or treatment. There is no termite activity at this time I placed termite monitors at the corners of home. They will be checked every quarterly service. I dusted the exterior for any visible cobwebs. I treated the exterior with a liquid residual for General ins
Today I completed your quarterly premium pest control service. A liquid residual treatment was applied around the exterior front and side perimeter of home for seasonal insects. No chemicals were applied in back of home, gated areas, per notes. Also, a Weber pole duster was used to knock down spider webs on the exterior. These applications are to aid in the prevention of insect entry and control. The rodent bait station was refilled with new bait. High activity was found. Today I completed your initial premium plus pest control service. It was nice to meet you today. After an inspection of your areas of concern for mice, I did find evidence of mice in basement, under kitchen sink, garage, and attic closet. 8 Mouse bait stations were placed in those areas. Also 2 larger stations were placed on the exterior sides of home. A possible entry point was sealed up with a copper mesh behind the AC unit. These stations will help control and monitor any small rodent activity. A liquid residual application was applied around the exterior perimeter of home. Also a Weber pole duster was used to knock down spider webs on the exterior. And 4 termite monitors were installed on the exterior corners of home. These stations will be inspected on future visits for termite activity. Please allow up to 2 weeks to see a decrease in activity and contact our office if you have any questions or concerns.
