I completed your premium plus pest control quarterly service. Ants on the interior were reported. I treated the kitchen back door, front door with a liquid and gel baited the areas for the ants. The ants may come out and masses at first and should go away almost overnight. A week later, you will have a small reemergence and at two weeks you should have nothing. If you have any ants at two weeks, please call the office for another service call. I inspected the termite monitors and they had no signs of termites at this time. I inspected for any activity or possible entry points. None were found at this time. I treated the exterior of the home with a liquid residual for general and seasonal insect control. Good morning it was a pleasure speaking with you today. I inspected the interior of the apartment and the windows in the kitchen were partially open and unlocked. The wasps could have been coming through there, Or other window tracks. I treated the window tracks, cracks and crevices on the interior during my inspection on the exterior. I found a opening that squirrels are going into on the soffit on the driveway side. See image attached to your account. The squirrel is living in the back part of the home, but entering through the side of the wasps may be getting through there as well. I treated the exterior around all of the windows, doors, and soffits. Wasps still may be able to get in but they will die shortly after. Repairing the soffit, and keeping the windows closed and locked will keep wasps and other insects out. The tops of the windows were slightly down and insects could get through these areas. I did not find any nesting today. Please allow 10 days to see the best results. T

Upon arrival we spoke about seeing ant activity to ledge to right of front door, kitchen counter/window behind sink, and around back door. I saw ant activity on window behind kitchen sink. I applied an ant gel to cracks and crevices around kitchen window, ledge to right of front door, and cracks and crevices to baseboards by back door. I removed cobwebs from exterior of home using my webster brush and installed termite monitors to 4-corners of home. I also applied a liquid residual around exterior of home for general pests. Today I completed your initial premium plus pest control service. It was nice to meet you today. Per your concern for mice, I inspected areas of concern. It appears a possible entry point was around sewer/drainage pipe under kitchen counters. As advised I recommend sealing that area up. I did place 6 mouse stations in areas of concern; in that cabinet, behind fridge, upstairs closet before attic steps, attic, and 2 in garage. I did place 2 larger stations on the exterior of home. These stations will help control and monitor any small rodent activity. You should see a decrease in activity in the next 10-14 days. A liquid residual treatment was applied around the exterior of home for seasonal insects. A Weber pole duster was used to knock down spider webs on the exterior. Glue boards were placed in basement for cricket monitoring. And 4 termite monitors were installed on the exterior corners of home. These monitors will be inspected on future visits.
