We’ve had several technicians come out from Green Pest Solutions but Carlos was the first and only one to actually find the source and solve it. He was incredibly thorough, patient, and knowledgeable—taking the time to explain everything clearly and make sure the problem was fully addressed. Good morning it was a pleasure speaking today. I completed your premium plus pest control initial service. You reported that you were having roaches in the kitchen a little in the basement and some in the bathroom. And you also noticed the mouse or two. I placed rodent stations behind the stove and in the basement on the foundation ledge I treated the kitchen, bathroom, powder, room, dining room and basement with a liquid residual to kill control, roach, cricket and general insect activity. I used a roach gel bait in areas to aid in the control of roaches. I placed glue traps in the kitchen in certain areas to monitor and catch the activity. We spoke about the termite history of your home. You were sure of any history of termites or treatment. There is no termite activity at this time I placed termite monitors at the corners of home. They will be checked every quarterly service. I dusted the exterior for any visible cobwebs. I treated the exterior with a liquid residual for General ins
Today I completed your quarterly premium pest control service. A liquid residual treatment was applied around the exterior front and side perimeter of home for seasonal insects. No chemicals were applied in back of home, gated areas, per notes. Also, a Weber pole duster was used to knock down spider webs on the exterior. These applications are to aid in the prevention of insect entry and control. The rodent bait station was refilled with new bait. High activity was found.
