Dennis Kounnas was excellent and did a thorough search everywhere. No BS and honest report. Also took the time to educate me on how the termite treatment works. Highly recommend him to anyone. The service is a little pricey, but lower than another quote I’ve gotten.

Dennis called me on the day I was scheduled for service to let me know the time he would arrive. He arrived on time and ready to go. He explained the process very well and took his time to evaluate the property. We agreed to a schedule that would take care of the issue but also to keep any issues from coming back with quarterly visits. The entire experience from scheduling an appointment to actually coming to my house has been phenomenal. He was very knowledgeable, but he knew so much about so many pests, by the time he was walking out I was worried he doubted that I definitely had mice (he posited I maybe had bats or squirrels or others. Maybe “And” those things but not “Or”. I have unpleasant pictures of mouse droppings to prove my main pest is mice). I appreciated that he also noticed evidence of rats and dropped some rat bait traps also. I also appreciated that he explained that the poison couldn’t hurt our cats, even if the cats ate a poisoned dead mouse. I’m still a bit confused on how the monthly billing works (do I get billed every month for a year while the bait traps are in my house? Or just whenever a representative checks in?). This isn’t Chris’s fault, I got confused from the representative over the phone and the contract. Overall, good experience so far, the visit gave me hope I will not have a plague of mice in my house for much longer! Hopefully it works!!

It was a pleasure speaking with you today! Today I placed (26) Sentricon termite bait stations around the exterior perimeter of the home. This will aid in the elimination and of any current or future termite colonies that may infest the home. It may take 90 days from the start of feeding to eliminate a termite colony. Swarming during this period may happen and should be expected. I applied a liquid residual around the perimeter of the home focusing on the foundation line and thresholds. This will aid in the prevention and elimination of ants and various crawling insects that may try to enter the structure. I made sure to avoid any personal items as well as any flowering plants and edibles. I placed 2 exterior rodent bait stations around the perimeter of the home as well as 4 smaller stations inside the home. 2 in the garage and 2 in the basement. Next in the basement, I also treated along the baseboard area as well as the cell plate area with liquid residual material designed for the elimination, and/or prevention of general insect pest coming outside first I added four termite monitor stations one per exterior corner of the house. Monitor for termite activity and will be checked every service. Next, I added one large rodent station to the left side of your house behind your air conditioner, and one to the right side of your house I put it on the right rear corner. I did treat the exterior and check your rodent stations which had some activity and I went ahead and replenished them. Then coming inside I inspected your house and after speaking with you, I checked all the stations inside the ground floor and the basement and the only station that had major activity was the one under the stove. I replenishedthem and then I did treat both the basement and the ground floor along the baseboards with liquid residual material. Overall, the only thing that’s questionable is the amount of mice that you may or may not be getting now in your kitchen.
