I highly recommend Green Pest Solutions. I’ve never had a problem with mice, so I was extremely upset when I found a small hole in the brick near the pavement, but Green Pest set up an appointment for a specialist to come out right away. Michael was knowledgeable and very thorough. He explained the entire treatment approach step-by-step which I appreciated. And he was also super nice!

Chris was not only incredibly knowledgeable, he explained everything thoroughly, and was so polite and helpful!! He helped me understand how and why wasps react and then helped me get rid of branches I couldn’t handle because of my sting injury. So happy Chris will be doing all my future treatments!

Chris was very helpful! He gave a lot of helpful information about the behavior of wasps and clearly explained the treatment plan. He also went above and beyond by providing ideas on how I could remove the pole that the wasps were nesting in after the treatment was complete. Good afternoon, Teresa Nice to see you and as you know, this is Chris from Green pest solutions and today I came to do your pest control service. Upon arrival I sprayed the front and the alley side on the right as best I could since there was construction materials in the alley, blocking it. Then I came inside the house and treated the basement the ground floor on the second floor all the rooms along the baseboards with liquid residual material. I did not service the middle bedroom upstairs because your niece was in there and she was sick. In the event you need that to be treated once she’s not sick just let us know and we’ll come back and we’ll treat that room. I also checked all the road stations in the basement and kitchen, and there was no activity on any of those. Once the inside of the house was treated, then I went out the back and treated the alley on the left. Check the bait station. I did replenish it and then I treated the rear of the house. So overall now everything is

So upon arrival I thoroughly went through the house with you present and did an inspection And at one time you did have some mice activity on the second floor and in the kitchen, but at this time, I’m not seeing evidence that’s telling me that is active. I also did not see any evidence anywhere in the house that there is a rat infestation. So once the inspection was completed inside the house, I added rodent stations to the following locations, I added some in the basement on the sill plate, I added some in the kitchen, I added one on the second floor in the restroom and once this was done, then I went outside and first removed webs and spider activity from the façade with my web tool, then I added two large rodent stations, ones on the right side be

Hello Sharon It was very nice to meet you and as you know, my name is Chris from Green pest solutions and yes, you were scheduled for this afternoon but since I was already on Silverside Road in close proximity to your house, I did come after texting you and after meeting you, thank you for showing me where the nest was. So I did directly treat the entry hole of the nest at the base of the small wood pile behind your garage. As you know, it did start to rain. That area is kind of a clandestine area so rainwater really wasn’t touching it butit may so on Friday. I will stop by and if it needs an additional treatment, I will go ahead and do that and there’s no charge extra for that. I’ll make sure I put a note into our office letting them know that I’m going to do that. I would stay away from the area till at least tomorrow morning.
