Chris was not only incredibly knowledgeable, he explained everything thoroughly, and was so polite and helpful!! Chris was very helpful! He gave a lot of helpful information about the behavior of wasps and clearly explained the treatment plan. He also went above and beyond by providing ideas on how I could remove the pole that the wasps were nesting in after the treatment was complete. Hello Jill It was nice to see you and your family again and as you know, my name is Chris and I came to do your pest control service first I came inside and treated the basement and then the ground floor all entryways along the baseboards with liquid residual material design for the inside as needed. Please allow up to 14 days for this material to agitate and or eliminate any insect contact with it.Once this was complete and I went outside and first, I checked all the termite monitors around the house and there was no activity in any of those, then I checked and replenished all the rodent stations around the house. They were all empty of their bait material and I refilled them and now they’re ready for any mice that may come in contact with it. Upon arrival I met with your wife and we went to the attic and I did an inspection there the waist that is present is from bats. I thoroughly inspected your attic and I did not find any bats roasting in your attic at this time I recommend that the waist piles or the areas where it’s the most prevalent you clean that up and spray some kind of Clorox or disinfectant cleaner over it. I explained All the factors about bats however our company does not handle bats. Starting inside your home after doing an inspection, I added rodent stations to your basement. Your kitchen, your second floor bathroom one next to your sink and one in the pipe void. While looking in the pipe void, I did identify rat waste also in that void. I treated accordingly and we’ll see what happens regarding saying. I also treated all the levels of the house and all the rooms with liquid residual material as a prevent preventative barrier for any invading insects.
