I checked and restocked exterior bait stations, they were empty. I added a small bait station in laundry room due to noticed mouse activity from another individual. Today I was out to perform your initial pest control service. I did a thorough inspection especially for termites, no signs of current or previous activity or damage. I removed any webs and treated the entire exterior perimeter with a liquid red for ants, spiders and general pests. I also set up a large rodent bait station on the side of the house. I also treated the entire garage and basement storage areas for spiders and centipedes. Set up glue traps in both basement and garage. No other issues found. On the interior I set up MBS bait stations and traps throughout the home including the basement, kitchen under the stove and sink as well as closets and under stairs storage.
