I emailed a few weeks ago that I needed to speak with someone before the quarterly services . Usually the tech calls before he comes to service my home but this time he did not. I only received an invoice in my mailbox when I got home today Now, he will have to come out again as we have seen mice droppings under kitchen sink and countertop near range and pantry. Also, there are still sprickets in basement. Oh, and the steel wool he stuffed in hole under kitchen sink was lying on bottom board(out of hole) So, please have tech call me to schedule a time when I will be home so he can get inside to treat Sincerely

After my inspection, I determined to place a large rodent vape station on the exterior of your home. I also placed two mouse bait stations on the interior of your home. One next to the stove and another in the closet, which is right under the staircase. Additionally, I removed all spiderwebs from the exterior and treated the perimeter, including windows and doors with a liquid product to prevent entrance and or infestation, and also to provide residual protection from all general pests. I also pointed out a couple of possible pass of travel that would need to be addressed on your end. We will follow up with service again with you in 30 days. After which, we will service you on a quarterly basis. We ask that in between each quarterly visit that you please allow 10 to 14 days for desired results. Another underneath of the pantry. I placed one in each three of the bedrooms. I placed another in the sill plate over top of the electrical box in the basement. I also placed a large rodent bait station in the rear of your home on the exterior. I also placed several snap traps throughout. Additionally, I removed all spiderwebs from the exterior and a few mud dauber nests as well. Today I completed quarterly pest inspection and treatment service. It was nice speaking with you today. I started by installing four termite monitors in the corners of your home to monitor in case of future termite activity. I treated the interior and exterior of your home with a liquid residual to prevent ants and general seasonal pest. Give this treatment up to two weeks to take full effect. Good afternoon Shaya, my name is Ryan and it was nice to meet you! Today I completed your initial pest service by first inspecting the exterior for any termites and any issues. There were two wasp nest in the eaves out front and one wasp nest on the eaves around back. I did not notice any other issues and found no possible entry points! I went around the exterior and knocked down cobwebs and spiderwebs from windows, doors and eaves. Next, I sprayed an aerosol knockdown on the wasp nest around back and knocked down the nest. I then sprayed a liquid residual to help combat the two wasp nest in the the eaves on the second story. I was then able to knock down both wasp nest out front. Lastly, I sprayed a liquid residual to help combat ants, spiders, stinging insects and general pests around the exterior foundation and windowsills. No interior treatment was needed at this time!
