Our technician answered all of my questions and was knowledgeable.
My fiancé said the exterminator that came out was very friendly and informative.
I emailed a few weeks ago that I needed to speak with someone before the quarterly services . Usually the tech calls before he comes to service my home but this time he did not. I only received an invoice in my mailbox when I got home today Now, he will have to come out again as we have seen mice droppings under kitchen sink and countertop near range and pantry. Also, there are still sprickets in basement. Oh, and the steel wool he stuffed in hole under kitchen sink was lying on bottom board(out of hole) So, please have tech call me to schedule a time when I will be home so he can get inside to treat Sincerely
We set up a date to do the service and was quoted the price. I was not on the schedule for the date agreed upon and the price quoted did not include the "tax" So now I have to send out another check. Things happen but you should quote entire price

After my inspection, I determined to remove all spiderwebs and treat the perimeter of your home, including windows and doors with a liquid product to prevent entrance and or infestation, and also to provide residual protection from all general pests. I also treated on the interior of your home with a liquid residual product designed for flea treatment. I also treated all the interior with an aerosol spray, which is also designed for flea treatment. I also installed four termite monitoring stations. And I installed a large rodent bait station in the rear of your home. We will follow up with service again with you in two weeks. I first started by inspecting the interior for your home for any rodent & insect activity, rodent activity was found on the first floor & basement. I added 9 interior bait stations , 3 in the basement & 4 on the first floor & 2 on the second floor, I also added an exterior bait station behind your AC unit. I then knocked down any Cobb webs & old wasp nest then applied a different liquid application around exterior foundations, doors, windowsills, and under siding. This application will help to control any ants and spring/summer invaders. Please allow 2 weeks for full effect of treatment. If any issues arise, please give us a call.
