My fiancé said the exterminator that came out was very friendly and informative.
I emailed a few weeks ago that I needed to speak with someone before the quarterly services . Usually the tech calls before he comes to service my home but this time he did not. I only received an invoice in my mailbox when I got home today Now, he will have to come out again as we have seen mice droppings under kitchen sink and countertop near range and pantry. Also, there are still sprickets in basement. Oh, and the steel wool he stuffed in hole under kitchen sink was lying on bottom board(out of hole) So, please have tech call me to schedule a time when I will be home so he can get inside to treat Sincerely
We set up a date to do the service and was quoted the price. I was not on the schedule for the date agreed upon and the price quoted did not include the "tax" So now I have to send out another check. Things happen but you should quote entire price

Good afternoon Shaya, my name is Ryan and it was nice to meet you! Today I completed your initial pest service by first inspecting the exterior for any termites and any issues. There were two wasp nest in the eaves out front and one wasp nest on the eaves around back. I did not notice any other issues and found no possible entry points! I went around the exterior and knocked down cobwebs and spiderwebs from windows, doors and eaves. Next, I sprayed an aerosol knockdown on the wasp nest around back and knocked down the nest. I then sprayed a liquid residual to help combat the two wasp nest in the the eaves on the second story. I was then able to knock down both wasp nest out front. Lastly, I sprayed a liquid residual to help combat ants, spiders, stinging insects and general pests around the exterior foundation and windowsills. No interior treatment was needed at this time!
