Anthony was very personable and professional. He made clear what was expected, of what pests we were dealing with, how they were going to be handled, the timeframe and what we could expect in the future. Made sure to cover all of the bases indoor & out to treat and prevent future. The portal makes it easy to see what was being dealt with and keeps great track of it for us. The initial check in, the 30 day follow up and then the 3 month routine check in with the unlimited visits is awesome. And they cover everything we are and might come across. Overall, very impressed and I believe I’m getting what I’m paying for.

Good morning. Today I completed your quarterly pest control service. I started off inspecting Kenny’s apartment unit. Heavy roach activity in all glue boards. I’m replaced all existing glue boards for monitoring purposes. I placed 3 roach bait stations in the kitchen cabinets. I also used gel bait in cracks and crevices along the counter and in the cabinets. Not all cabinets were cleared out so the two that were, I applied a liquid treatment inside. The apartment unit is unsanitary. Apartment is infested with flies. There isn’t much we can do for flies. They could be attracted to the rabbit cage and bird droppings. I explained to Kenny he needs to keep his apartment clean. Kitchen table had food crumbs on the table and a few cabinets had food crumbs inside. I then treated Natasha apartment unit. Good morning. Today I completed your initial premium pest control service. Today’s targeted issue is with mice. I spoke with a tenant when I arrived. He mentioned mice in basement and nothing in his apartment unit. I started off inspecting the garage. Right away I noticed both garage doors have openings throughout. These openings are large enough for mice and rats to fit through: I recommend having both garage doors fixed asap. Without the door fixed the rodent issue will be consistent. I placed rodent bait stations throughout the garage. 2 at each corner of the garage and 2 along the sill plate of the garage. I also placed a bait station in the utility room right behind the garage. I then went to the basement side of the building. I placed bait stations along the sill plates and one on the floor by the hot water heater. Good afternoon. Today I completed your quarterly pest control service. I spoke with Duane when I arrived. Started off treating units 190-1 and 190-2. Both units have heavy roach activity. Both units have sanitation issues. Recommend having tenants clean up their units to help us gain control of the roach issues. Both kitchens were not prepped for service. I did apply gel bait where I could and applied glue traps where I could. I placed a rodent bait station under the kitchen sink. 192-1 unit is extremely unsanitary. This made it difficult to treat as there is cloths and items all over the apartment. I sprayed a liquid treatment wherever I could. Cabinets were not prepped for proper service. 192-2 had a fly issue. There is dirty dishes with water in the sink which attracts flys and other insects. I applied a liquid treatment to the baseboards. I placed a rodent station under the kitchen sink. 194-1 and 194-2 were the most clean. No issues in 194-1. 194-2 had evidence of mice droppings
Good morning Paul. Today I completed your one time service for yellow jackets. Upon arrival I checked in at the main office and you escorted me to the building with the issue. I noticed yellow jackets flying in and out of the top of the building in the back. I applied a liquid treatment where the activity was. I also treated near the 3 pipes going into the building where I also saw activity. Please avoid the area for a few days. The yellow jackets are agitated and will sting. Good afternoon Kevin. Today I completed your initial premium pest control service. Today’s targeted issue is for rats. You showed me rat droppings in the basement and shed. I placed a large rodent bait station in the crawlspace in the basement. I also placed a rodent bait station on the floor next to the basement door. I noticed a slight gap at the bottom of the basement door that rats can fit through. I stuffed off the opening with copper mesh. I’d advise to keep the basement windows closed. The screens were fine but rats can chew through the screens. In the attic, I set 3 rat snap traps in the u finished part of the attic space against the wall. Please keep your children and pest away from them. I didn’t see any droppings in the attic. In the exterior shed, I saw a lot of rat droppings. There are is two holes in the back corner of the shed that rats will definitely fit through. I’d advise repairing that soon as possible. I placed a large rodent station under the work bench. I also
