Good morning. Today I completed your initial premium pest control service. Today’s targeted issue is with yellow jackets and spiders. I started off by applying a liquid treatment to all baseboards in the living room, kitchen, sun room and bedrooms for spider control. There were no other issues to report. In the garage, I placed two rodent bait stations at the corner of the garage door. I recommend replacing the garage door sweep, the one door sweep is damaged and rodent can fit through. On the exterior, I recommend trimming back all vegetation away from the house. Rodent can use the branches to enter the home. I placed a rodent bait station on the left side of the home. I then applied a liquid treatment to the exterior foundation to help control spiders and other seasonal pests. Good afternoon Christine. Today I completed your one time service for mice. Upon arrival you mentioned hearing something in the walls near the bedroom. I didn’t find any rodent droppings at this time. On the exterior, I placed a rodent bait station by the AC unit near the wall that you were hearing scratching. In the detached garage mice droppings were observed. I placed bait stations in the garage. I also placed bait stations in the shed as well. I noticed by the one utility line going around the house a slight gap between the siding and the pipe, I used copper mesh to seal off the gap. Good afternoon. Today I completed your initial premium plus pest control service. Today’s targeted issue is with odorous house ants. I started off inspecting the kitchen where you saw the ants. I saw a trail going down the side of the counter. I placed gel bait in the cracks and crevices where the trail was. I also placed ant bait stations on the kitchen counter. Feel free to move them wherever you see ant activity. I also applied gel bait on the gap of the dishwasher and the counter where ants were coming out of. Please don’t be alarmed if you see an increase in activity, ants are social and will call the colony to the bait. Don’t kill any ants either, we need them to take the bait back to the colony. On the exterior, I applied a liquid treatment to the retaining wall where ants were trailing. I was careful not to get any treatment onto the flowers. I then treated the exterior foundation to help control ants and other seasonal pests. I didn’t find any termite activity at this time.

When I inspected the back of the home I found two yellow jacket nests. One by the roof of the porch and one in the corner by the eaves. I applied a treatment to both nests. Good morning. Today I completed your initial premium pest control service. Todays targeted issue is with yellow jackets. Upon arrival you mentioned yellow jackets flying in by the eaves by the front bedroom window. I applied a liquid treatment to the nest. Also treated for a paper wasp nest under the casing for the electrical outlet and I removed the nest. I then inspected the rest of the exterior. On the left side of the home there is some vegetation touching the house. I recommend trimming it back at least a foot. This creates conducive conditions for insects and rodents. There were no other issues to report at this time. I then applied a liquid treatment to the exterior foundation to help control ants and other seasonal pests. Finally, I removed all visible cobwebs from doors and windows. Please avoid the area where the yellow jacket nest is for a few days. The wasps are agitated and will sting.
