Anthony was very personable and professional. He made clear what was expected, of what pests we were dealing with, how they were going to be handled, the timeframe and what we could expect in the future. Made sure to cover all of the bases indoor & out to treat and prevent future. The portal makes it easy to see what was being dealt with and keeps great track of it for us. The initial check in, the 30 day follow up and then the 3 month routine check in with the unlimited visits is awesome. And they cover everything we are and might come across. Overall, very impressed and I believe I’m getting what I’m paying for.

Noticed huge tree branches is blocking access to your back yard. Recommend removing branches so we can properly treat the back of your home. This is blocking our rodent bait stations but also conducive conditions for rodents and other pests. I also noticed rat droppings in this area as well. Good morning, today I was here for your initial pest service. I set up bait stations where evidence was found. I placed them in the basement, kitchen, two of the bedrooms and behind bathtub via access panel. On the exterior I placed a bait station on the side of the home. No visible entry points on your side, it’s possible they are coming from attached home. Allow mice to feed on bait and take effect. After a feeding it takes up to 5 days to effect them so activity will decrease slowly over time. We will be back in 30 days for the next visit. Thank you for choosing green pest solutions!
