Anthony was very personable and professional. He made clear what was expected, of what pests we were dealing with, how they were going to be handled, the timeframe and what we could expect in the future. Made sure to cover all of the bases indoor & out to treat and prevent future. The portal makes it easy to see what was being dealt with and keeps great track of it for us. The initial check in, the 30 day follow up and then the 3 month routine check in with the unlimited visits is awesome. And they cover everything we are and might come across. Overall, very impressed and I believe I’m getting what I’m paying for.

Anthony was our tech. He let us know when he was going to arrive. He was on time. Although it rained and we couldn’t do the outside, he did everything on the inside. He was professional experienced and told us what he was doing the whole way. Absolutely recommend green pest.

Good morning. Today I completed your quarterly pest control service. You mentioned no issues inside. I started off inspecting the exterior. No issues to report at this time. Next I applied a liquid repellent treatment to the exterior foundation to help control seasonal pests. Please allow 10 to 14 days for our products to take effect. Good morning. Today I completed your premium pest control service. Todays target issue is for mice. Spoke to store manager and he showed me the areas where they have been experiencing mice activity. I placed multiple rodent bait stations along the perimeter of the store. I also placed 2 tin cat stations, one under the computer desk, and one under the water fountain. On the exterior I noticed a gap where the utility lines enter the building by the AC unit. I plugged the gap up with some copper mesh. Recommend using some expandable foam to permanently seal it up. I also placed two exterior rodent bait stations on the exterior. This will help us monitor and control the rodent issues. Recommend just telling your employees to be mindful of leaving food out. Good afternoon Barbara. Today I completed your premium pest control service. Todays targeted issue is wasp near attic. I observed inside the attic wasps flying in by the corner near the eave. In the basement I placed glue traps to help monitor and control for spiders. I always replenished the rodent bait stations in the basement. In the garage I replenished the existing rodent bait stations. In the detached garage I placed 2 rodent bait stations at each end of the garage doors. On the exterior, I applied a liquid residual treatment to the two openings where the yellow jackets were flying in and out of. I also treated along the whole back eave of the house for yellow jackets. Also spot treated above the garage door for yellow jackets. Please avoid the area for a few days, the yellow jackets are agitated and will sting. Finally I applied a liquid repellent treatment to the exterior foundation to help control seasonal pests. Good morning Natasha. It was a pleasure meeting you today. Today I completed your initial pest control service. Todays target issue is spiders. You also mentioned seeing a roach in your bedroom. I started off placing glue traps in the basement as well as applying a liquid repellent to the basement perimeter to help push the spiders away from the house. I also placed a rodent bait station on the top right corner of the front basement window. With the change of weather this will draw rodents to the house. I also noticed a slight gap by the bottom corner of the bilco door. In the master bedroom I placed a roach bait station under the base radiator unit. This will help us monitor and control if the roaches are active. I recommend getting rid of all your moving boxes as soon as you can. Good morning David. Today I completed your initial premium plus pest control service. Josh told me the only issue they are having is unit #5 with bed bugs. After inspecting the unit and the evidence the tenant had left in a container. They do indeed have bed bugs. I recommend calling the office to set up a treatment plan. They office will guide you on what to do and will send you a prep sheet for the treatment plan. We then knocked on every tenant unit. No other tenant had an issue. I removed all cobwebs from the windows. I installed termite monitors at all 4 corners of the building. We will inspect these every quarterly visit.
