Completed service today. Inspected and serviced exterior of home. Started off by removing visible spider webs from perimeter of home. Next, a liquid application was applied along foundation, as well as around doors and windows to help control general pest activity. Please allow 10-14 days for treatment to take full effect. Good afternoon. Today I completed your initial premium pest control service. Today’s targeted issue is with ants. You mentioned seeing ants mainly in your kitchen and your daughter’s bedroom. I started off inspecting your daughter’s bedroom. I applied gel bait around the window track and in cracks along the baseboards. I didn’t find any active ants at this time. The rest of the upstairs bedrooms had no issues at this time. In the kitchen, I didn’t see any active ant activity more than likely due to rain. I applied gel bait in cracks and crevices along the kitchen counter. I also placed ant bait arenas on the counter. Feel free to move those stations where ever you see any activity. I also applied gel bait in the kitchen window. A bait station was placed along the ledge of the window as well. The downstairs bathroom had no activity at this time. All downstairs rooms had no issues. Please don’t kill any ants you may see. We need them to carry the bait back to the colony to share with
Today I completed your termite liquid treatment. I inspected all areas of concern and found termite damage by the front door. I installed an above ground station to this area. We will monitor the this station in 30 days. I also, treated the exterior perimeter for termite preventative. Please allow 90 days to see best results. Applied to liquid application along baseboards throughout entire duplex, as well as in cabinets and drawers of second floor unit to help control, roach and general pest activity. No live roaches were found at this time of service. Next, termite monitors were added to corners of home to help us monitor any potential future activity. Good morning. Today I completed your quarterly pest control service. I started off inspecting and treating unit #3. Tenant stated no issues. I didn’t see any roach activity at this time. Tenants kitchen could use a cleaning though. Stove had food crumbs and grease. Insects and rodents will gravitate towards that for a food source. I then applied a general treatment around all baseboards of the apartment. In unit #2. There was an improvement in roach activity. I only observed a few live roaches in the kitchen and bedroom. All glue boards had light roach activity. I replaced all glue boards. I applied a liquid treatment to kitchen cabinets and behind the refrigerator and stove. The bathroom was treated and glue board was replaced as well. I then applied a liquid treatment to the bedrooms perimeter in both rooms. In unit #1, no roach activity was seen at this time. I applied a general treatment to all baseboards in the apartment. I also treated the empty cabinets and behind the stove an
