Today we completed our quarterly pest inspection and treatment services. It was good talking with you today. Please feel free to set up a service call so we can inspect the interior for insects. We went around the house and knocked down cobwebs and wasp nests. We dug through the mulch beds and kicked around the tree stumps and found no signs of termites. We treated the exterior of your home with a liquid residual to help prevent stinging insects, ants and general seasonal pests.Give this treatment up to two weeks to take full effect. Today we completed our initial pest inspection and treatment services. No termite activity was detected inside or outside so we set up four termite monitors. We went around the house and knocked on cobwebs and spiderwebs. Heavy ant activity was seen along the foundation line of your home.We set up one amp bait station with a gel bait and a granule bait upstairs in the windowsill. We use a gel bait outside, where ant activity was high. Retrieve the exterior of the home with a liquid residual to help prevent ants and general seasonal pests.
