Carlos Hernandez is a very knowledgeable professional . He came for the first service and did a thorough inspection of the property, discussing his assessment and solutions. It felt more like a partnership than someone coming around and spraying stuff around your house . I am very pleased with the first service

Sorry I missed you today during your one time service for hornets, however, did speak with your wife and she pointed out the area of concerned. Today I inspected the area right off the back of the porch, noticing a small bald-faced hornets nest and I did treat and remove this nest and I would be mindful that this area may have some agitated stinging insects for next 24 to 48 hours.after I was done treating and removing the hive, I did inspect around the foliage on the ground as well as underneath the back deck not noticing any other stinging activity.
