Initial service for termite bait install and general pest control
Good afternoon Mrs. Little, it was my pleasure to speak with you today before I get started with your quarterly inspection/service. Per your request I left you three ant stations to put in the kitchen for ant activity. Today I inspected the property for any and all pest activity around the property not noticing much to report. However, I did move your dogs, water bowl and toys away from the foundation while I was applying a residual liquid treatment to the exterior foundation. Today’s treatment may cause an uptick activity for a day or two however, you should see the full effect within 10 to 14 days. Today I completed your initial service. My name is Isaac, and thank you for choosing Green pest solutions.
Today I inspected the property for any and all pest activity, starting on the interior, applying some gel bait to the small cracks and crevices in the kitchen, bathroom, bedroom area, and around the window and door trims inside where potential activity is coming from. When I was done applying the gel bait inside, I applied a residual liquid treatment to the exterior foundation, and I replenished the material inside of the rodent bait stations. Minimal activity on the rodent bait stations. However, I did replenished the material to continue controlling and monitoring for rodents. The liquid application applied on the exterior foundation may cause an optic inactivity for a day or two however, you should see the full effect within 10 to 14 days.
