Hi, good afternoon, it was nice seeing you again. Today I completed the premium plus service. I removed a large amount of cobwebs to reduce spider activity. Termite monitors showed no signs of activity. The exterior rodent bait station showed heavy activity, I replaced with fresh bait. I applied a non-repellent solution around the exterior perimeter to target ants, spiders and other general pests. I also inspected the property for any wasps or hornets, but I did not find any. Hello! Today I did your initial service. Our main focus today was Indian meal moths. I placed two pheromone traps in both the garage and Florida room. I treated all cracks and crevices with a liquid repellent to stop them in their tracks. On the exterior of the home I did a perimeter spray on the foundation of the home to prevent any invading pests. Please give the treatment 2 weeks to fully go into effect. On the exterior of the home I swept the eaves, knocking down any spider webs, egg sacs, and 1 wasp nest. I treated the foundation of the home with a liquid solution to make a barrier against invading pests. I spot treated the carpenter ants on the front pathway with bait. Today I inspected the interior of the home and from my conversation with your girlfriend she let me know that you guys are seeing ants in the master bathroom and all around the front porch area. Should it also mention seeing some carpenter ants. With all the rain we just got This is why you’re seeing so much ant activity now. I did touch up some interior baseboard areas to help with any trailing activity plus I installed a small ant station behind the trashcan in your master bathroom on the floor. Be mindful this does smoke peanut butter and I hit it behind the trashcan so the dogs don’t get it. I did also treat underneath the front porch as best as possible plus I applied some granular baits in the front yard area and mulch beds due to some significant anthills. The application I treated the exterior foundation with is a liquid transferable so as they walk through it, they will take it back to the hive. Hello! Today I did the initial for your Premium Pest Control service. I did an inspection on the inside, finding no bed bug/flea activity. I treated all baseboards inside of the home to stop any invading pests such as spiders and wood roaches in their tracks. On the exterior of the home, I swept the eaves, doorway, and windowsills, knocking down wasp nests, spider webs, and egg sacs. I treated the windowsills, doorway, and foundation of the home with a liquid solution to prevent invading pests from making their way inside. I than placed bait on select areas with high carpenter ant activity. I recommend placing screens on the windows lacking them to prevent further entry of pests. It was great to speak with you and your husband today before I got started with your initial inspection/service. From our conversation seems we’re dealing with some clover, mites, outback, and some carpenter ants and possible mice. While inside the home, I did not really observe any activity, other than some controlled carpenter ants in the basement area. I installed four rodent monitors downstairs in the unfinished parts of the basement on the sill plate. One up above the electrical panel on the left side of the basement and three on the sill plate on the opposite side of the basement. While I was in the basement, I did inspect your exposed for any termite activity, not seeing any. When I was finished inside the home inspecting I installed one large exterior rodent station next to the garage and located an old station outback next to the porch. Filled both units accordingly to control any rodents trailing around the exterior foundation. I did also put a temporary fix at the bottom lef

Today during my inspection around the exterior of the home, I noticed the bottom right corner of the garage door weatherstrip was compromised and I do recommend fixing this to cut off possible entry to the home for rodents.I did try to knock up not getting an answer however I didn’t leave a note on the door just in case you did not check your email for this message. Today I treated the exterior foundation around the property to continue control season one section trying to enter the home. No need to worry about the inclement weather for the storm passed before I arrived and with the warmer temperatures, the foundation was basically dry where I treated so no need to worry about that however, during the treatment I did move your dog’s water bowl and toys away from the foundation so nothing was Sprayed and I did move carpets away from doorway entrances to prevent any liquid from getting in these areas either. Today I inspected the exterior of the home for any all pest activity locating your exterior rodent stations first. Station showed minimal signs of activity however, I did refresh these units to continue controlling and monitoring for rodents. I did also inspect and check your exterior termite monitors in the soil around Noticing two of the units were compromised by moisture. I did replace these units to continue monitoring for termite activity, which was not observed in the soil today. When I was finishing up, I applied a residual liquid treatment to the exterior foundation to continue controlling seasonal insects trying to enter the home. Sorry I missed you today during your quarterly inspection/service. However, today during my inspection on the exterior of the home are located your rodent stations which showed minimal signs of activity. However, I did replenish the material inside to continue controlling and monitoring for rodents. I did take notice that the mulch is up too high on the front left corner of the house. This is dangerous because rodents can trail down behind the mulch, which could give them access to the insulation directly behind the siding if they try hard enough. I do recommend exposing at least 2 inches of the foundation wall to cut back on this activity if there is any. I do also recommend taking a look at the conduit on the left side of the house and sealing this up even though it’s parallel with the ground mice can run along those wires and run right into that white PVC conduit that goes right into the side of the house.
