This will aid in the prevention and elimination of spiders, stink bugs and various crawling insects that may try to enter the structure. Today I inspected the interior of the home installing two roach stations up underneath the cabinets. I also applied gel bait to cracks and crevices to help control roach issues. Treated the interior baseboards with a liquid non-repellent to control any trailing activity inside. I did also leave three glue boxes to monitor activity in the kitchen under the sink and the bathroom. I inspected the exterior rodent bait stations. The station in front showed moderate activity, the station under the deck showed heavy activity, I replaced both with fresh bait. It was great to speak with you today before I get started with your quarterly inspection/service. Per your request I inspected the bookcase downstairs in the basement for termite activity. No activity was observed during today’s treatment/inspection. I did reach out to our termite technician to come back out after the holiday to reinstall these termite units. No activity was observed on the home and from our conversation it seems you’re not seeing too much activity, other than a few spiders here and there. Today I did check the exterior rodent stations and replenished the material inside as needed. Station on the right side showed the most activity station outback showed minimal signs of activity. I did apply residual liquid treatment to the exterior foundation, window, trim, doorway, entrances, as well as the soffits. It was great to speak with you today before I got started with your initial inspection/service. Today during my inspection, I checked the basement as well as all the rooms on the first floor plus the attic. Recommend trying to get the cat door in the basement to close all the way, for this is a direct entryway into the home. While in the basement, I inspected the joists for termite activity not finding anything currently. I installed four rodent monitors on the sill plate and one on the floor by the cat door. After I was done in the basement, I inspected the first floor of the home, and all the bedrooms, closets, and underneath the sinks, plus the pantries. Notice some rodent activity in the pantry, and I recommend ceiling any food in Tupperware or containers to cut off of food source for rodents.
