Hello Noah, this is CJ thank you for choosing Green Pest solutions. I stopped by for an exterior treatment for ants today. I thought anthill on the opposite side of the home from the driveway and treated them with granular bait. I also noticed small ant activity coming in and out of the deck and dropped granular bait there as well. They should drop the population size around the house down a bit I did not treat the foundation, but I did touch up some of the vertical bridges that ants might exploit. Such as downspouts, hoses, wires, etc.. I also texted you about a tree that has branches leaning against the exterior wall that ants will use to escape the rain and come into the home . I sent you a text message explaining some of ant behaviors during an after a rain storm and ways that they will try to get around a treated foundation once they figure out it’s unsafe. Today’s treatment about 10 days to see the best results .

This is CJ and today I provided a quarterly service that included: A sweep for spider wasp or be activity A liquid treatment to the foundation of the home with additional spraying to lower window windows on the basement and first floor, as well as downspouts, hoses, cables, etc that make contact with the ground and bypass the treated foundation. I see in my notes that you have had an increase in an activity over the years. I wanted to point out that the thick vegetation around the foundation of the home is undermining some of our treatment. It is creating a barrier from the product we are spraying. It is also creating bridges over the treated foundation and onto untreated areas of the home. Good afternoon, Jennifer As you know, my name is Chris and today I came to do your one time service with a 60 day warranty for carpenter bees. The carpenter bees are actually nesting along the eaves of the low part of the roof line where the decorative trim is. The way your house is constructed. There is a piece of metal that covers the end of all the soffit area/roofs edge and on those low roof areas that piece of flashing has bowed out enough where the carpenter bees are squeezing underneath it and actually drilling into the edge/the real wood edge of the roof line. By doing that they’re also able now and have been tunneling down through the wood, which is causing the surface holes on the painted slopes of that area.
