Really great meeting with Johnny and CJ. We have a rat problem and they did a thorough job of going through the house and developing a game plan to get rid of them. Feel much better with this plan since traps/poison was not working at all.

Good afternoon Diane, my name is Ryan and it was great to meet you! Today I completed your initial pest service by first starting the in the basement. I found no termite activity interior or exterior, but did install 4 monitors to be checked at every service. Next, I sprayed a liquid residual to help combat spiders and general pests around the basement baseboard and garage. I then found the yellow jacket nest under the deck and another out front by the foundation. I also found cicada killers under the deck line as well. I treated the cicada killers and yellow jackets with a liquid residual to help combat the issue. Lastly, I sprayed a liquid residual to help combat ants, spiders and general pests around the exterior foundation. Thank you for choosing green pest solutions. This is CJ and I came around for a quarterly service that included: A check for cobwebs, wasp, and bee activity. Yellow jacket activity was spotted beneath some wooden planks against the small garage. This area was treated (avion wdg). Give this five days to see a decrease in activity. If activity persist after five days, call us back. A large colony of ants was found underneath the tarp by the small shed. This area was baited with a granular ant bait to drop their numbers. Give this about 3 to 5 days to decrease the size of the colony before relocating the tarp. Gel bait was placed underneath the windowsill from the outside of the home to control for ants coming in. I provided an ant bait station for any further issues coming indoors. A liquid treatment to the foundation of the home, small shed, spring house, and two garages. Good afternoon it’s CJ. I stopped by for one time wasp call. I inspected under the tarp and found an old cardboard box. And under that cardboard box is a yellow jacket nest. I provided the nest with a B pole to expose an opening and treated with a liquid insecticide. I waited to see if a second entrance was apparent as the yellow jacket swarmed. At this time, I could only see one entrance. For the next couple of days, you will still see yellowjacket activity as forgers are returning to the nest. If you continue to see activity after Friday, give us another call for a follow up. We may have to dig a little deeper to get the rest of them.
