Hello! Today I did your regularly scheduled quarterly service. I swept the eaves, doorways, and windowsills, knocking down spider webs and egg sacs. I treated the foundation, doorways, and window trims with a liquid solution to prevent entry from any unwanted pests. I checked the termite monitors and found no activity. First I performed a visual inspection while removing all cobwebs from around the exteriors of the property, windows, doorways, and underneath the eaves, and no pest issues were noticed during today's service. Then I performed a liquid treatment around the exterior of the property, windows, doorways, and underneath the eaves as a preventative for all general pests. Last I inspected the 4 exterior termite monitor and no signs of termites were observed during time of visit. Please allow 10-14 days for the materials to take full affect. Good afternoon. It was a pleasure meeting you today. Your initial pest control service was completed this afternoon. I inspected the exterior of the home for any signs of termite activity and found none at this time. I removed the coil from on the exterior of the home and knockdown three wasp nests. I applied roach gel bait to cracks and crevices in the kitchen and cabinets for roach control. I applied an insect growth regulator in aerosol form to cracks and crevices in the kitchen for roach control. I placed three roach bait stations one in the kitchen one in the bathroom and one in the bedroom for roach control. I applied a liquid residual treatment to the interior of the home for General pest control focusing on cockroaches. A different liquid residual treatment was applied to the exterior foundation, the bottoms of windows, soffits,facia boards and doorways of the home for general and seasonal pest control.
