Good afternoon. It was a pleasure meeting you today. Your initial pest control service was completed this afternoon. I inspected the interior exterior and found no signs of visible termite activity. I installed four termite monitors on the exterior to monitor termite activity. I removed the visible cobwebs from the porch and knocked down a wasp nest in the backyard. I treated carpenter bee holes with a liquid residual treatment and aerosol form for carpenter bees. A different liquid residual treatment was applied to the exterior foundation, bottoms of windows, eaves, and doorways of the home for general and seasonal pest control. Completed your initial pest control service
Today I completed your Sentricon termite service and inspection. It was nice to meet you today. After an inspection of your areas of concern, in daughter’s bedroom and basement, only termite damage was found on basement sill, and it was inactive(see pic). I did install 13 Sentricon HD termite stations around the exterior perimeter of home. These stations will help control and monitor any termite activity. And will be inspected at a later date. As advised, since the termite swarm happened in the upstairs bedroom, and has happened there before, I recommend removing a baseboard or trim around the window to just to make sure there is no visible termite activity around that area and/or any leaks from that window perhaps. Today I completed your initial premium plus pest control. It was nice to meet you today. After an inspection of your areas of concern, I didn’t find any termite activity but some areas of carpenter bee activity. A liquid residual treatment was applied around the exterior of home, under rear deck, around bar area, and rear shed, for seasonal insects. With our focus being under front window, and under rear bar area where bees are nesting. Another treatment was applied sparingly in the basement by entry points. Glue boards were placed in unfinished areas for monitoring purposes. A Weber pole duster was used to knock down spider webs and a paper wasp nest on the exterior. 4 termite monitors were installed on the exterior corners of home. These monitors will be inspected on future visits. Per the presence of older rodent stations, I did place a large rodent station on one side of home to monitor any small rodent activity. Hello, It was nice to meet you this morning, Dante! Today I completed your Premium Plus Pest initial service for ants. Upon arrival we spoke about ant activity areas near dog food bowl in kitchen. Upon inspection, I found ants trailing on opposite wall baseboards, in dining room along liquor cart wall. I applied an ant gel to cracks and crevices to baseboards in activity areas. During my exterior inspection, I noticed lead debris to right side of home. I recommend removing as much lead debris as possible to help keep pests from harboring underneath. I started exterior treatment by removing visible cobwebs from exterior of home, using my webster pole. I installed termite monitors to each corner of home and treated exterior perimeter of home with a liquid residual for ants and other general pests.
