Carlos from Green Pest came by to do our regularly treatment, He let us know he was here (we ask that to be sure our dog is not in the yard), explained what he was doing today and worked on the front of the house while the dog had a chance to run around the yard, then continued with the treatment. We added a mouse bait station in the basement to help monitor and control any rodent activity. We do recommend sealing up any holes and gaps that may be around to prevent pest entry. We placed 2 exterior rodent bait stations around the home (we will add one more around the shed once construction is complete) and 1 exterior rodent bait station around the garage/carriage house, to help control and monitor rodent activity on the exterior. We inspected the interior of the home to find evidence of mouse activity on the main floor in the kitchen area. We removed an old dead mouse from under the kitchen sink and reset the trap. We replaced a mouse bait station in the basement to the right of the Bilco door, one mouse bait station behind the fridge, and left you one to be placed behind the stove. We do recommend sealing up any gaps or cracks around pipes, along baseboards, and the floor, to prevent any pest entry.
