Carlos from Green Pest came by to do our regularly treatment, He let us know he was here (we ask that to be sure our dog is not in the yard), explained what he was doing today and worked on the front of the house while the dog had a chance to run around the yard, then continued with the treatment. Today we completed our initial pest inspection and treatment services. It was good talking with you today. We installed four termite monitors around the house. No termite activity was detected inside or outside. We set up mouse bait stations in the basement and exterior rodent bait stations around the outside of the house to monitor rodent activity. We went around the house and knocked down cobwebs and spiderwebs. We treated the exterior of the home with a liquid residual to help prevent spiders and general fall invaders. Good morning! Today I completed your Pest initial inspection. I started off on the interior looking for signs of activity. I saw some underneath your kitchen sink I place two Snap traps and two glue boards, as well as a bait box there as well. I then went into the basement to check the utility lines coming from the basement to the kitchen. There were little signs of activity there, then placed snaptraps and glue boards in your basement to prevent past activity. I also placed four bait boxes in the corners of your basement to monitor and control pest activity. I then spray your interior with a non-repellent solution, targeting spiders, ants, and other general pests. I went outside to start my exterior inspection. I dusted all the cobwebs off the foundation of your home. I placed a bait box next to an exterior entry point that I found, I also checked any wooded areas for termite activity. There was none at this time. I placed termite monitors on the corners of your home to monitor termit
Today I inspected the property for any and all pest activity. First I located your exterior termite monitors, which showed no signs of activity. Treated inside the Belco doors outback as well as areas that I could reach in the garage. I did also inspect the exterior foundation, window, trim, doorway entrance is soffits, and any other small cracks and crevices around the property. During this inspection, I minimize cobwebs around these areas to help cut back on spider activity. I do recommend with the colder temperatures approaching to clean the tracks of the interior windows of debris to cut back on overwintering insects using this material for feeding source. I did apply a residual liquid treatment around the exterior foundation, window, trim, doorway, entrances, and any other small cracks crevices plus some of the soffits on the first floor.
