First I inspected all interior MBS and there were no signs of rodent activity, but I placed fresh bait in all stations as needed. performed a visual inspection while removing all cobwebs from around the exterior of the property, windows, doorways, and underneath the eaves, and no pest issues were noticed during today's service. Then I performed a liquid treatment around the exterior of the property, windows, doorways, and underneath the eaves as a preventative for all general pests. last I inspected around the exterior RBS and there was medium rodent activity, but I placed fresh bait in the stations as needed.
