Good morning my name is Matt and I’ve completed your quarterly pest service. First, I started walking around, knocking down any webbing I saw on your windows and entryways. Then I checked your exterior bait stations. The one on the right side was empty. The one on the left side had very little activity. The one in the back by your deck had moderate feeding. I did remove all the old bait and replace with fresh bait and all stations.Next I sprayed a liquid treatment all along your foundation walls, underneath your first floor, windows and entryways. This treatment will help keep seasonal and other general crawling insects from the interior spaces of your home. Please allow this treatment 10 to 14 days to become fully effective. I inspected all interior bait stations which the ones in the kitchen area showed the most activity, but all were replenished with fresh bait.
