Good morning. Today we completed your initial pest control service. We inspected the home for reports of rodent activity. Mouse droppings found in the kitchen at the time of inspection. A large hole behind the stove was found which is a possible entry point and will need to be sealed up to prevent future activity. We added mouse bait stations under the stove, in the basement, attic access, and In the wall behind the washer. We placed the snap trap under the kitchen sink. We inspected the exterior of the home and placed two exterior rodent bait stations to help control rodent activity from the exterior. Heavy vegetation around the exterior of the home which is conducive for rodents and other pest activity. To ensure our treatment methods Are effective, this vegetation will need to be trimmed back to eliminate pest hiding areas. We treated the exterior of the home, where we could reach due to heavy vegetation, with a liquid residual insecticide to help control surface crawling insects. W

I also inspected all termite monitoring stations and found no termite activity at this time. I checked all exterior rodent bait stations as well. Due to moderate activity, I replenished them with fresh bait. I then treated the exterior perimeter of the home with a liquid residual for ants and other pests. We replenished the bait in your exterior stations for mice. There was heavy activity. We also applied a residual liquid treatment to the exterior foundation for ants and general pest. We also knocked down any visible spiders web off of home. I recommend trimming trees and bushes 8-12 inches off the exterior. This will help control pest activity.
