Good morning David. Today we completed your initial pest control service. We addressed your concerns of rat activity. Live rat activity observed around the chicken coop. We added some exterior rodent bait stations around the home and one at the detached garage to help with controlling these rats. We three rat traps up in the upstairs attic room where activity was observed. We also added some mouse bait stations in the kitchen(2), one in the water heater closet in the back bedroom, and two in the detached garage to help control mouse activity. Any excess food sources (seeds, food, etc.) in the attic, and around the home, will need to be cleaned up to ensure no other food sources available to these rodents. We recommend decluttering the upstairs attic area to deter nesting sites We recommend thoroughly cleaning up all rodent droppings so we can determine level and location of activity. Also, any entry points in the walls will need to be sealed up to prevent future entry. We recommend tri
