Today we completed our initial pest inspection and treatment services. We went around the house and knocked down cobwebs and spiderwebs. We used an aerosol in the basement to help get rid of the live yellow jackets in the basement. We spot treated their exterior entry point to kill the nest slowly. We treated the exterior of the home with a liquid residual to help prevent spiders and general fall invaders. Give this treatment up to two weeks to take full effect. I checked them all and found moderate to heavy activity in all. The station under the deck was completely empty. I refilled all stations with fresh bait. Good morning. Today we completed your initial pest control service. We inspected the home for reports of rodent activity. Mouse droppings found in the kitchen at the time of inspection. A large hole behind the stove was found which is a possible entry point and will need to be sealed up to prevent future activity. We added mouse bait stations under the stove, in the basement, attic access, and In the wall behind the washer. We placed the snap trap under the kitchen sink. We inspected the exterior of the home and placed two exterior rodent bait stations to help control rodent activity from the exterior. Heavy vegetation around the exterior of the home which is conducive for rodents and other pest activity. To ensure our treatment methods Are effective, this vegetation will need to be trimmed back to eliminate pest hiding areas. Good afternoon, sorry we missed you today. Today we treated your home for your quarterly pest control service. They were paper wasps in the outlet by the HVAC that I removed. We replenished the bait in your exterior stations for mice. There was heavy activity. We also applied a residual liquid treatment to the exterior foundation for ants and general pest. We also knocked down any visible spiders web off of home. I recommend trimming trees and bushes 8-12 inches off the exterior. This will help control pest activity.
