Hello! Today I did your regularly scheduled quarterly service. I swept the eaves, doorways, and windowsills, knocking down spider webs and egg sacs. I treated the foundation, doorways, and window trims with a liquid solution to prevent entry from any unwanted pests. Please give 2 weeks for the treatment to fully take effect. Today I rendered your service for yellow jackets. During my inspection I found no activity at this time , but, there were corpses and signs of a nest. After talking with Mr about options and common behaviors of the insect in question, he decided to go ahead with the service for piece of mind. I swept away spider webs and wasp nests as needed. I applied a non repellent solution around the perimeter of your home at the foundation level as well as the windows and doors targeting general pests including ants and spiders. I applied ant gel bait to the interior of the electrical outlet in the kitchen where you stated you saw ants. Please allow 2 weeks for optimal results with this treatment. I installed 4 termite monitors at approximately each corner of the house. It is recommended to cut back all vegetation in direct contact with (or close proximity to) the house at least 12 inches and to monitor mulch levels to ensure they remain below the bottom edge of the siding. I found downspouts that are too short to properly direct water away from the foundation. Addressing these issues will help prevent pests from entering your

I inspected around your home and observed yellow jackets going into holes in the soffit as well as going and to a spot underneath the chimney on your roof line. I also observed mud wasp nest around the front of your home. I removed visible mud nest by scraping them free from the walls.
