Good afternoon. Today I completed your initial pest control service. I inspected the exterior for possible entry points and found a possible on the left side of the house. The screen that is under window closest to the gate is not sealed at all. I was able to stick my finger inside of it. (See picture). I also inspected behind the stove and two small holes big enough for a rodent to enter. I filled those holes with cooper mesh. I inspected behind the refrigerator as well and no signs of mice were found. I did place a bait station next to the refrigerator where you saw the mouse run to the basement. I placed two stations in the basement as well; one on the top right of the door under the steps and one in the crawl space behind the washing machine. I installed 2 exterior bait stations as well; one on the left side under the aforementioned window and one in the back of the house behind the big plant. Hello my name is David with Green Pest Solutions. Today I inspected your property and installed the Sentricon termite bait system around the exterior perimeter of your house. This product will help control both existing and potential termite activity. Within approximately 90 days of the termites feeding on the bait the entire colony will be eliminated. Please be aware that swarming is still possible and normal. There is no need to spray chemicals on them. A simple home vacuum will easily remove any swarmers. It is recommended to cut back any vegetation touching or close to the house. I found rotten wood in the planting beds along with live termites in the rotten wood. As such, I completed your quarterly pest service. I checked all 5 exterior rodent bait stations and found light activity. I replaced the old bait with new bait. It is recommended to cut back all vegetation in direct contact with or close proximity to the house at least 12 inches. This will help prevent pests from entering your home. Good afternoon I completed your initial service today. I started by inspecting around the basement. I checked the ceiling for termites and found no signs. I also checked around the windowsills and floors and found those signs of bugs. I then checked around the kitchen and all windowsills and found no signs of pests. On the exterior inspection I found several areas of high clover mite activity. I treated the cracks around these areas with an aerosol. I also spot treated several ant hills that I found near the house. I treated around all exterior doors and windows with a liquid residual for ants and other general pests. The last thing I did was install for termite monitors on the corners of the house. These are to help us monitor for future termite activity. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for the treatments full effect.
