I have been working with Green Pest since I bought my house in 2020. They are so easy to work with- once I set up the service they have been consistent in quarterly treatments and responsive if I ever need assistance with something going on inside or on the property. Prices are reasonable and manageable. I see no reason to look for anyone else.

Good afternoon it was a pleasure speaking with you today I completed your premium plus pest control initial service. We spoke about the termite history of the home. It has had termites before was treated, but does not have any termite activity at this time. I placed termite monitors at the corners of the home. Your main concern was mice at this time there was some mouse droppings in a closet by the coffee maker and underneath the stove. I placed rodent stations behind the stove in the crawlspace, and on the foundation ledge in the basement to killing control rodents. I placed a large rodent station on the outside of the home to deter rodents from entering the home. I dusted the exterior for any visible cobwebs and removed any wasp nests. I inspected for any possible entry points. I found two that I could not fill and showed them to you the one in the foundation and the pump water outlet. I treated the exterior of the home with a liquid residual for general insect control. I advised on
Good morning, it it was a pleasure speaking with you today. You reported rodent activity inside of the building. I inspected and you pointed out some areas that the rodent chewed through in the kitchen and in the living area just behind the kitchen. The droppings indicated that there was a rat inside the building. I placed small rodent stations in the garage and kitchen underneath the sink. I placed large rodent stations in the closet in the living area behind the kitchen and up in the attic. These will kill and control rodents. I placed a large rodent station and repurposed the existing one on the exterior to deter rodents from entering the home. I inspected for possible entry points. I filled one on the AC unit condenser line, but advised on the garage door and the dryer vent that needs to be addressed. Last I inspected the 3 exterior termite monitors and there was no signs of termite observed during time of visit, but I installed one additional station to have a total of four around the property. Hello! Today I did your initial service. I swept the eaves, doorways, and windowsills, knocking down spider webs and egg sacs. I treated the foundation, doorways, and window trims with a liquid solution to prevent entry from any unwanted pests. I placed a termite monitor on each corner of the home to monitor future termite activity. I treated the yellow jacket nests directly under the pool deck. Good afternoon it was a pleasure speaking with you today. I completed a one time B service. You reported that there was wasps getting in the home. There was a small hole in the ceiling and they were coming through that. I covered the hole with some painters tape and hit the inside of the ceiling with a quick knockdown. I treated the exterior where they were coming in just above the soffit area going underneath the siding with a liquid residual that will kill and control any more that may come and go. Today I completed your initial premium pest control service. It was very nice to meet you today. After an inspection of your interior and exterior, it was evident that mice and rats have been in basement and attic, and were seen coming out of old bait stations outside. 3 new Large rodent bait stations were placed on the exterior, 2 more large stations were placed on the interior, one in basement and one in attic crawlspace. Mouse Snap traps were placed in holes in basement walls and attic crawlspace. 8 mouse bait stations were placed throughout home, in attic, living room in corner, under refrigerator, in coat closet, in pantry, and 3 in basement. These applications will help control and monitor any small rodent activity. A liquid residual treatment was applied around the exterior perimeter of home for seasonal insects.
