I have been working with Green Pest since I bought my house in 2020. They are so easy to work with- once I set up the service they have been consistent in quarterly treatments and responsive if I ever need assistance with something going on inside or on the property. Prices are reasonable and manageable. I see no reason to look for anyone else.

Hello! Today I completed your quarterly service. I treated the exterior of the home with a liquid residual for general insect prevention. I inspected the exterior rodent station and found no activity. The MBS in the right closet had moderate activity and I replenished it as needed. No other activity. Today I completed your premium pest control initial service. Tenant reported random roach activity in the kitchen to left of stove. I treated throughout the first floor with a liquid residual at baseboard level as well as cracks and crevices. I used a dry flowable bait in the electrical outlets and higher crack and crevices. The glue traps had been placed prior to us coming had no roaches in them. This can usually mean that the roaches are coming from the neighbors side of the home. Being attached to a neighbor may mean that you may always see random roaches all the time they just will not infest your side as you are under treatment. I placed some rodent stations in the home to kill and control any rodents that may make their way into the home. I placed a large rodent station on the exterior to deter rodents from entering the home. I dusted the exterior of the home exterior for any visible cobwebs. Good afternoon today I completed your Premium plus pest Control initial service. You reported ants, earwigs, spiders and general insects. The home has a history of termites and treatment for termites. I found no termites activity today. I placed termite monitors at the corners of the home. I treated the basement, kitchen and a few bedrooms with a liquid residual for ants and general insects at the baseboards. I placed ant traps in the kitchen and your moms room to aid in the control of ants. The ants may start to come out when they discover the gel. They should come out in masses and go away overnight. Then a small re-emergence may happen about a week later. Please do not use any other substances. It may render the treatment ineffective. I treated the exterior foundation with a liquid residual for ants. If you still have any activity at 2 weeks please schedule another service. I dusted the home exterior for any visible cobwebs. I knocked down all the visible cobwebs on the outside of your home. I then checked all the accessible termite sentricon stations and I am happy to inform you that no activity was found. Hello! Today I completed your initial Premium Pest service. I was unable to treat interior as Son was explaining there is a lot on the floors still. I will set a 1-week follow up for interior treatment for fleas. Please remember to have everything off the floor and ready to have everyone, including pets, out of the home for 4-hours after treatment. During my exterior inspection, I saw 2 exterior bait stations from prior pest control company. I removed bait inside so you may dispose of the bait stations. I installed 2 new exterior bait stations to left and backside of home. I did see that there is a possible entry point where dryer vent is. The board does not sit flush with perimeter of home. I started treatment by removing visible cobwebs from exterior of home with my Webster pole. I then treated exterior perimeter with liquid residual for general pests. This will help aid in keeping general pest activity low in home. Please allow 10-14 days for treatment to take full effect. Again
