Apparently the young lady I spoke to did not cancel my service and they came anyway and will overdraft my bank account. I would like to cancel service completely. This is the second time this has happened

Today I completed your pest control service. First I walked around the house with a web brush removing all visible webs. I then applied a liquid residual treatment to the exterior foundation. I have also treated the baseboards and all possible areas throughout the house. I then checked the interior bait stations, which showed no activity except for one station in the corner, which showed minor feeding activity and replenish the bait in the exterior bait stations, which showed minor feeding activity. This treatment will help eliminate and control general pests activity. Please allow two weeks for the full effect of the treatment. If you have any questions or concerns please contact our office. Good morning, today I was here to perform your quarterly pest control service. I inspected the exterior rodent bait stations showing moderate activity. I replenished both with fresh bait to continue monitoring and controlling rodent population. Ant activity observed outside of back door. Carefully avoiding personal items I applied a liquid non-repellent solution to the exterior foundation, doorways and windows targeting ants and other general pests trying to enter this time of year. The service entails removing visible cobwebs around entryway, treating the exterior perimeter, window & door trim, the deck, (if there’s one) and eaves with a liquid residual application. Furthermore, I treated the basement for spiders and general pests. I used a different liquid residual treatment than used for the exterior. These treatments will assist in controlling pests activity, such as, ants, boxelder bugs, centipedes, crickets, spiders, general pests, and stink bugs. Please allow two weeks to let the treatment have its full effectiveness. I recommend cleaning and clearing the basement from many of the items in it.
