Carlos took over my account at a time when I was ready to drop the companies service. He went above and beyond with his service and apologized about any past low tier experiences we’ve had. He was very knowledgeable and informed us about the resources that we were accessible to with the company. He gave us a game plan of how he would be taking care of our account for future services and we were very happy to stay on board. Good morning As you know, my name is Chris and today I completed your initial pest control premium plus service. After speaking with Mrs. I went ahead and focused my attention on the outside because per the customer/you nothing was needed inside. First I removed webs and spider activity and then I added four termite monitors, one per corner exterior of the house, around the house. Next, I added two rodent stations. One is on the left side behind the air conditioner and one is in the back behind the planter next to the back patio. These will eliminate any mice that may come to the house starting at the outside. Last I thoroughly treated the exterior of the house with a focus on the areas where the carpenter bees are nesting. Those areas are the front under the trim under the big window, along the roof line in the back, and under the deck in all the wood beams under the deck I found 15 active carpenter Bee holes and all were treated. I put a note in there about it for future reference and if any different technicians, Conville know that they can get around the back. That said upon arrival first I checked the rodent station and it did have some activity so I replaced the material with new. It’s now ready for any mice or rodents that come its way. I also found odorous house and it’s trailing along the wall that side from where the bait station is to the back of the house so the next thing I did was thoroughly treat the exterior with liquid residual material. This application is not affected by the rain or the weather or anything and I was able to Effectively treat that large ant colony trail and eliminated 100%. I also inspected and treated all the areas that we talked about for the carpenter bees, but I really didn’t see any nest holes or anything for them so we’ll have to wait and see on that. Upon arrival I met with you and I went into the basement and checked all the rodent stations that were in place in your utility space and they did have activity. I went ahead and replenished their stations and then once we were done there we came up and I checked your garage and you didn’t have any stations so I went ahead and added to one on either side of your garage door. Then I went outside and removed webs and spider activity from the façade using my Web tool first, next, I checked the rodent station on the other side of the house and it was empty of all its material so I went ahead and replenished it so now all the rodent stations inside and out are ready for any mice or rodents that may come their way.Last I thoroughly treated the exterior of your house with liquid residual material. I inspected the interior and exterior for any signs of termite activity and found none at this time. I placed four termite monitors at the four corners of the home to monitor termite activity. I placed two exterior bait stations, in the areas where I saw signs of burrowing, which are the most likely areas that the might are traveling, for rodent activity. I placed eight interior bait stations in the downstairs, kitchen, upstairs, kitchen, and attic for mouse activity.
