Good afternoon today I was here for your pest initial service. I inspected your home for entry points which I found some in the garage at the corners of the entrance and another leading into the house. I installed multiple bait stations inside your home, three inside the garage, one in the attic another next to the dishwasher and one more in the bathroom by the sink. I filled a small gap at the top of your garage door where mouse activity can travel. Finally I applied a liquid non repellent solution to the interior foundation of your home in all bedroom and bathroom areas including your kitchen and basement. Finally I knocked down cobwebs around your home and applied a different liquid non repellent to the exterior foundation of your home. Please allow both applications two weeks for the best results. Today I completed your pest control service. First I walked around the house with a web brush removing all visible webs. I then applied a liquid residual treatment to the exterior foundation. I have also replenished the bait in the exterior bait station, which showed minor feeding activity This treatment will help eliminate and control general pests activity. I have also treated the baseboards and all possible areas throughout the house. I then checked the interior bait stations, which showed no activity except for one station in the corner, which showed minor feeding activity and replenish the bait in the exterior bait stations, which showed minor feeding activity. Good morning, today I was here to perform your quarterly pest control service. I inspected the exterior rodent bait stations showing moderate activity. I replenished both with fresh bait to continue monitoring and controlling rodent population. Ant activity observed outside of back door. Carefully avoiding personal items I applied a liquid non-repellent solution to the exterior foundation, doorways and windows targeting ants and other general pests trying to enter this time of year.
