Carlos took over my account at a time when I was ready to drop the companies service. He went above and beyond with his service and apologized about any past low tier experiences we’ve had. He was very knowledgeable and informed us about the resources that we were accessible to with the company. He gave us a game plan of how he would be taking care of our account for future services and we were very happy to stay on board. We are now receiving the expected quality service we were looking for.

A check and replenishment of rodent bait stations. (Light but were recently filled) A liquid treatment to the foundation of the home . A bait treatment for ants. (too flaking in the garage door, one next to the water heater, one on the floor next to exposed insulation besides the laundry room sink, one in the attic access above the laundry room sink. A large rodent bait station on the driveway side of the home.) A liquid treatment to the foundation of the home . Installation of termite bait stations . (one in the mulch on the right hand side of the garage, one on the corner of the brick wall in front of the house, one above the wall in the back corner, one in a mulch next to the trash cans and condenser.) An inspection of the interior: rodent ingress is apparent throughout the garage where the mice then have access to all of the wires and plumbing entering into the home. Good afternoon, Ergin. It’s CJ and I provided the general pest service call today. Inspecting the mouse bait stations. We found that the heaviest activity is in the back corner against the wall facing the driveway. Exterior bait stations were all empty. All bait stations were refreshed. Heavy ant activity along the fence was treated with gel bait. This will reduce the population on the property. But rain events may change and behavior, to keep an eye out and call us back if their numbers increase. I also provided an interior treatment for spiders throughout the basement. Please wait at least three or four hours before returning to the basement. Give today’s treatments 10 days to see their best results. And if you see a change in pest activity, give us another call.

Good afternoon Alyssa, my name is Ryan and it was nice to meet you! Today I completed your initial pest service by first inspecting the kitchen and cabinets. First, I sprayed a liquid residual to help combat cockroaches and general pests around the baseboards of the kitchen, office and bedroom. Next, I sprayed a cockroach aerosol in the cracks and crevices in the kitchen. I then added some roach gel baits in the hinges, cabinets upper and lower and under the sink. I recommend cleaning up any crumbs and after cooking to help prevent cockroach activity. I inspected the exterior for any termites and any other issues, but found no termite activity. I did install four monitors around the exterior to be checked at every service. I did notice carpenter ant activity on the fence attachments and ant trail by the front bush on to the foundation. I first treated the carpenter ants with a liquid residual on the fence attachments where the holes were found. I knocked down cobwebs and spiderwebs fro

Today I completed your one time service for hornets. It was good talking with you today.
