Today I was here for your Sentricon termite bait station installation. It was very nice to meet you today. After an inspection, termite mud tubes were found on rear baseboard level wall, in room behind garage(see pics attached). No active termites was found though. 14 Sentricon termite bait stations were installed around the exterior perimeter of home. These stations will help control and monitor any termite activity. And will be inspected at a later date. As advised, you might still see a swarm over the next few weeks as our application takes affect. But the termites should cease over the next 60-90 days. Today I was here for your quarterly complete pest control service. A liquid residual treatment was applied around the exterior of home for seasonal insects. A Weber pole duster was used to knock down spider webs on the exterior. All visible Sentricon termite bait stations around home and shed were inspected. No signs or evidence of termites was found. Inside one station on corner of home, the cartridge had deteriorated it was replaced with a new cartridge. And a station on the side of the shed the lid was broken it was replaced with a new station. Hello, today I was here for your quarterly service. I placed a bait stations in underneath kitchen sink. I inspected and replenished exterior rodent control devices which had no activity. I inspected and replenished bait stations in the basement which had minimal activity. I applied a liquid residual throughout the exterior foundation of your home including doors and windows targeting general pests. Please allow 10-14 days for the product to take effect. Hello! Today I was here for your Initial pest service. First I performed a visual inspection interior and noticed majority of your rodent activity was found in the basement area. Next I placed a total of 11 MBS throughout the basement and three bedrooms on the second floor per your request. Next I placed 4 snap trap in the basement area. Then I performed a thorough inspection around the exterior of the property while removing all cobwebs from around the exterior of the property, windows, doorways, and underneath the eaves, and no pest issues were noticed during today's service. Then I performed a liquid treatment around the exterior of the property, windows, doorways, and underneath the eaves as a preventative for all general pests. Next I installed four exterior termite monitors around the property to monitor for termite activity during every quarterly service moving forward.
