Hello, today I was here for your quarterly service. I inspected termite monitors no activity. I applied a liquid residual throughout the kitchen perimeter and exterior foundation of home including doors and windows targeting ants. I placed two ant gel bait stations one on the kitchen island and the other by the kitchen window targeting ants. Please allow 10-14 days for the product to take effect. I also knocked down any webs seen during the visit with my web duster. Due to the dog out back only the front was treated. Today I completed your initial premium plus pest control service. It was nice to meet you today. Per your concern for ants, a liquid residual treatment was applied around the exterior of home. A carpenter ant bait was sprinkled sparingly around front mulch beds around flowers and roses bushes. Also a Weber pole duster was used to knock down spider webs on the exterior. 4 termite monitors were installed on the exterior corners of home. These monitors will be inspected on future visits. These applications will aid in the prevention of insect entry and control. Per your slight concern for mice, a rodent bait station was placed on the exterior of garage. This station will help control and monitor any small rodent activity. Today I was here for your Sentricon termite bait station installation. It was very nice to meet you today. After an inspection, termite mud tubes were found on rear baseboard level wall, in room behind garage(see pics attached). No active termites was found though. 14 Sentricon termite bait stations were installed around the exterior perimeter of home. These stations will help control and monitor any termite activity. And will be inspected at a later date. As advised, you might still see a swarm over the next few weeks as our application takes affect. But the termites should cease over the next 60-90 days.
