Hello, it was great meeting you this morning! Today I completed your quarterly service to the exterior of your home. During today’s treatment, I inspected all interior and exterior bait stations. The only bait stations with activity were in the garage. If looking at garage from outside, bait station to right side of garage was empty and one to left had minor activity. I found 1 deceased baby mouse on glue board to right side of garage. Exterior bait station had little no no rodent activity. I removed and replaced bait and glueboards as needed. No activity found to bait stations in basement. I removed visible cobwebs using my webster pole. I treated the exterior perimeter of your home with a liquid residual for general pests. Hello, it was great meeting you this morning! Today I completed your Premium Plus Pest initial service for ants and spiders. Upon arrival we spoke about areas of concern for ants and spiders were throughout home. I treated corners throughout home with a liquid residual for spiders. I found ants trailing in living room to right side of fire place. I applied ant gel to cracks and crevices around fire place and window where ants were trailing. For the exterior, I removed a few dead wasp nests and visible cobwebs from exterior of home.
