Hello, today I was here for your quarterly service. I knocked down any visible cobwebs from the exterior of your home. I applied a liquid residual throughout the front and back foundation of your home including doors and windows targeting general pests. Please allow 10-14 days for the product to take effect. Today I was here for your initial complete pest control service. After an inspection of the basement, garage, and the exterior, no termite activity was found. I did remove the existing Sentricon station system. Then I installed 15 new Sentricon termite bait stations around the exterior perimeter of home and rear patio. Per the interior Sentricon station in the front corner of garage, that is where the concern for termites probably was in the past. A liquid residual treatment was applied around the exterior of home and spot treated inside the garage, for seasonal insects. Also a Weber pole duster was used to knock down any spider webs inside the garage and around the exterior. These applications are to aid in the prevention of insect entry and control.
