Sam was very professional. He asked about my problem areas and sprayed the whole house and the outside as requested. He gave recommendations that were helpful. He was really nice closing all the closets and doors after I left them opened and that does not normally happen. He was personable and caring which I like, it showed he cares about his customers. Per your concern for ants in your kitchen, an ant gel bait was applied to cracks m crevices along baseboards in kitchen toward laundry room to back door, which may be the entry point for the ants. Ant gel baited arenas were also left along the path to be moved wherever ants are being seen. Also a liquid residual treatment was applied around the exterior perimeter of home for seasonal insects. A Weber pole duster was used to knock down spider webs on the exterior. 4 termite monitors were installed on each exterior of home to monitor any termite activity. First I performed a visual inspection while removing all cobwebs from around the exterior of the property, windows, doorways, and underneath the eaves, and no pest issues were noticed during today's service.
