This was our initial experience with this company and it was excellent. Johnny was on time, courteous and efficient, even giving me a 15–20 minute text message advising of his exact arrival time. 5 stars to Johnny. I canceled Terminix because of administrative incompetence and this company was the exact opposite. Off to a very good start.
