This was our initial experience with this company and it was excellent. Johnny was on time, courteous and efficient, even giving me a 15–20 minute text message advising of his exact arrival time. 5 stars to Johnny. I canceled Terminix because of administrative incompetence and this company was the exact opposite. Off to a very good start.

I treated the kitchen and living area with a liquid residual at baseboard level also treating the bathrooms underneath the sink and baseboards per your request. I used ant traps with gel bait in them in the kitchen on the counter and by the sliding door. I also gel baited around the window, electrical socket, and the sliding door in the track. The ants may come out and masses at first and should go away almost overnight. A week later, you will have a small reemergence and at two weeks you should have nothing. If you have any ants at two weeks, please call the office for another service call. I dusted the exterior for any visible cobwebs as well as inspecting for any wasp nests. Hello! Today I completed your Premium Pest initial service for yellow jackets. Upon arrival you showed me interior where you could hear them buzzing behind wall. There was no interior breach at this time. You showed me the yellow jackets burrowing into the lower roof line to back of home. You also mentioned seeing mice droppings in garage. I installed 2 interior bait stations on each side of the garage door. I treated yellow jacket entry point with a liquid residual. I also removed visible cobwebs with my Webster pole and treated exterior perimeter of home with a liquid residual for general pests.
