Hello! Today I completed your quarterly service. I treated the exterior of the home with a liquid residual for general insect prevention. I replenished the exterior rodent station that had moderate activity. I also knocked down any webs seen during the visit with my web duster. Good afternoon it was a pleasure speaking with you today. I completed your premium plus pest control quarterly service. You reported ants in the master bedroom, master bath and bathroom. I treated all three areas with a liquid residual. I used gel bait on the windowsill. The ants may come out and masses at first and should go away almost overnight. A week later, you will have a small reemergence and at two weeks you should have nothing. If you have any ants at two weeks, please call the office for another service call. I inspected the termite monitors. They had no signs of termites. I maintained the exterior rodent station. It had no activity. I replaced the bait in the station. I dusted the exterior of the home for any visible cobwebs. I visually inspected the exterior of the home for any possible entry points. None were found at this time. A liquid residual was used to treat the exterior foundation as well as crack and crevice for seasonal insect control. Please allow 14 days to see

I inspected the room in which you trapped a rat and I found how it got out of. The house with the hole is too big for us to do anything about it. You need a contractor to seal that hole up. I installed 2 extra bait stations for rodent activity. I highly recommend having the grass cut and the leaves removed from under the deck as this is a conducive condition for mouse and rat activity. You reported lots of ants around the home, possibly a rodent that’s digging around in the soil and normal spider activity. We also spoke about the termite history of the home. You reported that when you moved in 20 years ago, it was treated because they found termite activity. There was no termite activity as of today. I dusted the exterior of the home for any visible cobwebs. I placed termite monitors at the corners of the home and inspected for any possible entry points. None were found. I placed the rodent station behind the air conditioner unit. This will help deter rodent activity from entering the home and lessen the activity around it. The only conducive condition found at this time was small piles of leaves around the foundation that insects and rodents can harbor in. Blowing them out will aid treatment by stopping pests from harboring insects them and getting int
