Jonthony came while I was away but my Wife was upstairs working. After doing the outside I asked Jonthony about a few concerns inside. My Wife let him in and Jonthony checked out 3 separate issues, addressed them, then texted me with what he did. Great service! I believe someone else would have done the outside and then leave. Today I completed your premium plus pest initial service. You reported roaches in the kitchen and we also spoke about termite history of the home. The home has no termite history, nor does it have any activity at this time. I placed termite monitors at the corners of the home. I treated the kitchen with a liquid residual for cockroach control. I did see cockroach activity during the treatment today. I saw them around the dishwasher and underneath the sink. I treated throughout the cabinets at the baseboards cracking crevice. Used a roach aid treatment. I placed glue traps to monitor and catch any activity. I dusted the home exterior for any visible cobwebs. I inspected the exterior for possible pest entry points. None were found. I treated the exterior of the home with a liquid residual for the control of general insects. Please allow 14 days to see the best results. Today I completed your initial premium plus pest control service. After an inspection of home inside and out, no active wasp nest was found. The paper wasps coming in, may be coming in because of the cooler temps outside and the change of season, or an unforeseen nest high up in chimney for instance. A liquid residual treatment was applied around the exterior of home for seasonal insects. With our focus being around all reachable eaves and soffits. A Weber pole duster was used to knock down spider webs and an inactive paper wasp nest on the exterior. 4 termite monitors were installed on the exterior corners of home. These applications are to aid in the prevention of insect entry and control. During my inspection I did find mouse droppings in basement and crawlspace.
