I thought Matt was very good! I was very pleased with his customer service and his willingness to accommodate my concerns. Even when he was done with the job, he told me to call back within a week so he can come back and do a service check. That put a real nice touch on my whole experience.

Mark Anthony treated our house on Saturday and it was the first time he had done so. He was thorough, friendly, careful, and helpful. I mentioned that, with the onset of cooler weather, we had noticed some sprickets in our basement and Mark went right downstairs and sprayed for them. Haven't seen any of the critters since. Mark is welcome in my house anytime.

I inspected the termite monitors in the backyard and found no signs of activity at this time. I installed two termite monitors in the front yard. I removed the cobwebs from around the exterior of the home. I checked and refilled the interior and exterior bait stations due to heavy activity. I applied a liquid residual treatment to the lower floor of the home for general and seasonal pest control. A different liquid residual treatment was applied to the exterior foundation around windows and doors of the home for general and seasonal pest control. That said first I gave and applied to ant bait stations, explained how to use them and what your expectations will be and deployed them in the kitchen on your counter near your sink. Moving outside I removed all the webs and spider activity from the façade using my web tool. Then I thoroughly treated the exterior of your home with liquid residual material. Please allow to 14 days for this material to agitate and or eliminate all seasonal pest. I also treated the entry where the yellow jackets are gaining access into your foundation with liquid residual material. Please stay away from immediate area for 24 hours and as explained the yellow jackets will land pick up the material onto themselves carry it into their nest and it will eliminate them 100%.
