I thought Matt was very good! I was very pleased with his customer service and his willingness to accommodate my concerns. Even when he was done with the job, he told me to call back within a week so he can come back and do a service check. That put a real nice touch on my whole experience.

Mark Anthony treated our house on Saturday and it was the first time he had done so. He was thorough, friendly, careful, and helpful. I mentioned that, with the onset of cooler weather, we had noticed some sprickets in our basement and Mark went right downstairs and sprayed for them. Haven't seen any of the critters since. Mark is welcome in my house anytime.

Upon arrival I met with you when you showed me the kitchen and the second floor hotspots where you’re catching or seeing the most rodent activity. So starting in your kitchen, I added rodent stations to the following locations one under your stove, one under your kitchen sink, one under your Toilet in your ground floor restroom, one to the left of your laundry room, washer and dryer, one in the heater room in the kitchen, and then on the second floor I put one in the closet that had the hole that was chewed by the mouse in there and then I put one in your second-floor restroom next to your toilet. The hole in the second floor closet, I went ahead and sealed with copper stuff, it the gap under the cubbyhole door under the steps I put stuff at there again as a way to slow the mice down, but that door definitely needs a
Hello, today I performed your pest control service. I checked all termite monitors, no signs of activity. Checked all exterior rodent bait stations as well, minimal feeding. Treated throughout exterior perimeter of home with a liquid residual for ants, spiders as well as general pests. I also checked throughout both units 601 and 603. Refreshed baits, sealed up extra possible entry points with copper mesh and set up extra traps as a preventative due to continued sightings. I set up traps and baits in the basement and kitchen in unit 601. Strongly recommend to improve housekeeping unit unit 601 due to the mice activity.
