Jaime called me right when he arrived and he called again when he left (my husband was there, I was at work) and he made sure to let me know all of the corners he took care of, the upholstery he sprayed, and he was kind and in a great mood the whole time. What a guy. Give him a raise!

JT Came to our house and was polite on the phone before coming and maintain a friendly and respectful demeanor. I think he could’ve kept his opinion on the creation of men and women to himself, regardless I’m happy that this was our service provider. he did a very thorough job of explaining the thought process behind his actions and the plan that we had chosen. J.T. Gave me excellent service today! He not only treated my outside and basement for mice and jumping spiders but also checked all of the crevices and hidden places in my 1900 home basement and pointed out where mice had been and how they were using old insulation to make nests! We also discussed how their treatment is preventing any more of that. He took his time and explained everything to me.
