Jaime called me right when he arrived and he called again when he left (my husband was there, I was at work) and he made sure to let me know all of the corners he took care of, the upholstery he sprayed, and he was kind and in a great mood the whole time. What a guy. Give him a raise!

JT Came to our house and was polite on the phone before coming and maintain a friendly and respectful demeanor. J.T. Gave me excellent service today! He not only treated my outside and basement for mice and jumping spiders but also checked all of the crevices and hidden places in my 1900 home basement and pointed out where mice had been and how they were using old insulation to make nests! We also discussed how their treatment is preventing any more of that. He took his time and explained everything to me.

I refilled both them as needed for rodent control. It was a pleasure speaking with you today! Today I placed (11) Sentricon termite bait stations around the exterior perimeter of the home. This will aid in the elimination and prevention of any current or future termite colonies that may infest the home. It may take 90 days from the start of feeding to eliminate a termite colony. I applied a liquid residual around the perimeter of the home focusing on the foundation line, soffits, doors, windows and thresholds. I also spot treated the interior rafters of the basement. This will aid in the prevention and elimination of ants, spiders and various crawling insects that may try to enter the structure. I made sure to avoid any personal items as well as any flowering plants and edibles. Glue boards were placed in the basement to help collect any residual crawling insects. I swept away spider webs and wasp nests as needed. I applied a non repellent solution around the perimeter of your home at the foundation level as well as the windows and doors targeting general pests including ants and spiders. Please allow 2 weeks for optimal results with this treatment. I also checked the termite monitors (I had to replace one of them due to damage/missing) and found no activity at this time. It is recommended to cut back all vegetation in direct contact with (or close proximity to) the house at least 12 inches. I found openings at the bottom of the garage door.
