Carlos was amazing. Called us prior to showing up. Explained what our problem was and how he was going to fix it. I checked and refilled the exterior bait stations due to moderate activity. A liquid residual treatment was applied to the exterior foundation around windows and doors of the home for general and seasonal pest control. I inspected the termite monitors and found no activity in them at this time. I see two exterior penetrations near the garage door with copper mess to help mitigate rodent entry. I applied a liquid residual treatment to the interior for General pest focusing on spiders.A different liquid residual treatment was applied to the exterior foundation, the bottoms of windows and around doors for general and seasonal pest control.
