First I inspected interior rodent bait stations and replaced bait as needed due to heavy activity. Then I treated exterior perimeter, around windows and doors with liquid residual for ants, general and seasonal pest activity. Inspected exterior rodent bait stations and refilled with new bait due to being empty. Also added 1 more large rodent bait station to front of house to help control activity. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for full effect. Recommend sealing up holes round house. If you have any questions, concerns, or if you see any activity please give us a call. It was great to speak with you and your family today before I got started with your quarterly inspection/service. First, I want to thank you for allowing me to come by early to service the property. Today on the interior of of the home I applied to residual liquid treatment downstairs in the basement baseboards and sill plate areas as well as the interior baseboards that I could treat in the garage. On the exterior, I applied a residual liquid treatment to the exterior foundation, and I also replenish the material inside of your bait stations, for there was some activity, however, was not that heavy.I did also replenish the glue boxes downstairs in the basement to continue controlling spiders and other seasonal insects.
