Carlos even came early and called an hour beforehand to ask if that would be better for our schedule. We thought we only had ants but he also found 2 wasp nests and mice!! And to top it off, we were treated to a piano concerto before he left- worth way more than we paid!!! Thank you Carlos!!!

Carlos did an awesome job on his first visit to our home. We were having a problem with carpenter ants inside our home, which was very concerning. He listened to our insect & rodent issues, explained how the colonies worked, treated inside and outside, set expectations for the next couple of weeks, and overall just really put me at ease. He was also very kind to our dog, Harley. You are lucky to have such a competent and nice employee! Thank you, Carlos!

Good afternoon. I’m sorry I missed you today. Your quarterly pest service was completed this afternoon. I’ve removed the cobwebs from around the exterior of the home. A liquid residual treatment was applied to the exterior foundation around windows and doors of the home for general and seasonal pest control. Sorry we missed you today. Today I completed our quarterly pest inspection and treatment services. I refreshed exterior rodent bait stations which showed signs of moderate rodent activity and I treated the exterior perimeter with a liquid residual to help prevent ants and general seasonal invaders.
