Angel was friendly and informative. He was able to reassure us with the plan of action. He knew right away what was (un)necessary for us to have a successful treatment. Johnny came to the house and I accompanied him as he made his rounds. He showed me exactly what he was doing, and explained, very clearly, why he was doing it. Took his time, did a thorough job. I highly recommend him. There are not many workers out there like him anymore.

Today I completed your premium plus initial pest control service. I installed 4 termite monitors total on the outside of your home. I then knocked down all the visible cobwebs as well as the active wasp nest outback. I then applied a liquid residual application around all outside windows, doorways, basement level inside, and all cracks and crevices. This will help prevent and eliminate any seasonal pest activity. I then placed glue boards in the corners of the basement to monitor for insect activity level. I then put down a granular on the outside and in the basement to help eliminate the crickets.
