Johnny always goes above and beyond to make sure I’m bug-free! Johnny knows I hate bugs and he does a wonderful job keeping them away. I was a little upset during my last service when they didn’t send Johnny because I signed up with this company because of my friend who uses you guys and have Johnny come out to her property and he is just awesome!

Today I completed your pest control quarterly service. Miss reported a few cobwebs in the back porch. I treated the interior first floor, basement garage and shed interior. I inspected the rodent stations in the home. They had no activity at all. Inspected rodent stations inside the shed. They had minimal activity at best. I replace the bait as needed. I maintained the rodent stations on the exterior. The ones at the left rear corner of the home had some activity I replaced all the exterior rodent stations bait. I used a webber brush to remove any visible cobwebs from the exterior of the home and shed. I also dusted the back porch interior. I inspected the exterior for possible pest entry points. None were found. I treated the exterior of the home and shed with a liquid residual for the control of insects. Please allow 14 days to see the best results. Hello! Today I was here for a follow up after your initial service. It is still very soon after the first service so it is not unusual to see Little to no feeding at stations. Mice are very scent driven and may avoid new items (and new smells) in familiar areas. I would clean up any droppings or evidence, such as food that they have eaten immediately after finding it as that will also help eliminate scent tracking. Keeping alternate food sources accessible, such as store-bought bait (less effective) or food they have already gotten into, can also cause them to potentially avoid the bait that we want them to eat. Try to eliminate any alternate food sources, such as keeping people food sealed/inaccessible, and cleaning up/discarding the store-bought bait around the home. This leaves them less to forage for, thus they are more likely to eat the more potent bait that we have placed. I also recommend not handling or moving any stations. This is for the same reason that it can take some time
Hello! Today was here for your second bedbug service.I retreated, baseboard, level, cracks, and crevices throughout the home with a liquid residual product focused on bedbug control. The edges of the new mattress, boxspring, and bed frame were also treated along with the underside and crevices of the furniture within the home. An aerosol product was applied to less accessible areas as well as furniture and the bed. Unfortunately, they’re not eating the date on the interior of the home, however, snap traps have proven to be relatively effective. Good morning! Today I completed your service call for German cockroach activity. I spoke with the homeowner and she explained that activity has been seen throughout the kitchen, laundry room, and bathrooms. During my inspection I found multiple areas with spotting in kitchen cabinets. I applied a gel bait to cracks and crevices throughout the kitchen. I placed inside monitors down to monitor any activity in the kitchen. I then applied a liquid residual with an insect growth regulator mixed to baseboard level cracks and crevices throughout the home. A one week follow up is suggested so that your cabinets can be cleaned out and we can apply a liquid residual to kitchen cabinets. Please allow 10-14 days for best results. Hello! Today I performed your quarterly premium pest service.The main issue is persistent, carpenter ant activity around the upstairs bedroom window. There is a lot of rotted wood around the window frame, which is both drawn and been made worse by small carpenter ants. I applied a gel bait in gaps in both the interior and exterior window sill, behind the outlet, and along the window track. Keep an eye on activity over the course of the next two weeks. You will most likely see ants gathered around baited areas. Like before, please allow them to take the bait back to their main colony site.
