Had yellow jacket problem indoors. I killed about 40 bees inside. Called Great Pest Solutions. Rachel was very helpful in getting Jee to come out same day. He found breaching spots inside & outside on porch, taped spot inside & sprayed front porch. Pleased w/ results so far & monitoring activity. He had a pleasant demeanor and took the time to understand and address my concerns. **TO THE OWNERS OF GREEN PEST....Though I understand you want your staff to wear a uniform to look presentable and professional, might I suggest a nice dark blue polo with your logo on it so that the poor staff doesn't have to wear long sleeve shirts in weather that's 100° weather!!! I understand the material is breathable/ moisture wicking but the humidity is unbearable (and I am wearing shorts and a t-shirt)! ... (and fyi, your worker wasn't complaining I just happened to take notice and thought I would mention it :)

Martin was very professional and knowledgeable about my bug situation both inside and outside the house. I've been having trouble with drain flies and other insects in the attic. He sprayed where needed and also took extra time to make sure all pipes, walls, etc. were okay and not leaking. I was very impressed with Martin and how speedy Green Pest came to my rescue. I called in the late afternoon and Martin was here the next morning. I would definitely recommended them. A happy and appreciated customer. Irene

I did take down a wasp nest on the balcony and treated the area as well as the light fixture outside the front door, which had a paper was messed as well. I applied an interior liquid treatment to all baseboards of the interior to eliminate possible pests. Afterwards I treated the exterior with a broad spectrum liquid residual to prevent pests from entering your property. As I was treating the exterior I knocked down webs and performed a visual inspection and noticed no activity. Please allow 10-14 days for the liquid treatment to take effect. First I performed a visual inspection while removing all cobwebs from around the exterior of the property, windows, doorways, and underneath the eaves, and yellow jackets pest were noticed during today's service entering and exiting around the right side window but we applied a liquid treatment to the area to eliminate them. Then I performed a liquid treatment around the exterior of the property, windows, doorways, and underneath the eaves as a preventative for all general pests. Good morning. It was nice meeting you today. Your initial pest control service was completed this morning. I inspected the interior and exterior and found termite swarmer and mud tubes in the basement. You’ve agreed with the recommendation to upgrade to complete test service which will be completed on the 19th. I removed the cobwebs from around the exterior of the home. I used a non-repellent liquid residual treatment directly to the hole in the gutter line where the yellow jackets were nesting. This treatment will eradicate the nest without pushing them into the home. I placed two glue monitors in the garage to monitor pest activity. I applied a liquid residual treatment in the garage for General pest control, focusing on spiders and crickets.
