Good afternoon. It was good talking with you. Today I completed your initial pest control service. I inspected the interior and exterior for any possible termite damage or activity and found none at this time. I also inspected the interior and exterior for possible rodent entry points or activity and also found none at this time. I applied a repellent treatment in the basement along the perimeter, walls and sill plates targeting crickets, spiders and other general pests. I also placed several glue boards throughout the perimeter and windows of the basement to further monitor cricket activity. I then placed four mouse bait stations in garage along the right wall, the powder room and the pantry to monitor for rodent activity. I also placed two large rodent stations on the exterior. One on the right side by the chimney and the other on the rear underneath the deck. I also placed 4 termite monitors near the corners of your home to monitor for any current termite activity. Hello! Today I did your regularly scheduled quarterly service. I swept the eaves, doorways, and windowsills, knocking down spider webs and egg sacs. I treated the foundation, doorways, and window trims with a liquid solution to prevent entry from any unwanted pests. I checked the rodent bait stations and found minimal activity. I replaced the bait accordingly. Please give 2 weeks for the treatment to fully take effect. I inspected all of the exterior termite bait stations and found no activity at this time. I inspected the specimens you provided and they appear to be winged ants. It is recommended to cut back all vegetation in contact with or close proximity to the house. Addressing these issues will help prevent pests from entering your home. I treated these areas with a liquid residual for ants, spiders, and other general pests. I then inspected the exterior. I found and removed a few spiderwebs from around your house. Hello! Today I did your initial service and inspection. I started outside where I placed bait stations along the fence line where high rodent activity had been seen. I placed 1 bait station next to the shed and 2 under the deck. I placed 1 on either side of the fireplace inside the home, and 2 in the crawlspace along with 3 glue boards.
