Today I inspected the home for any and all pest activity. Today I did notice some slight ant trails on the exterior foundation, as well as a few paper wasps that I removed. I did also minimize some cobwebs away from light fixtures, window, trim, and doorway entrances to cut back on spider issues.I do recommend trying to keep trees and shrubs trim back from the foundation for this will be becoming a natural bridge for pest gain access to the home. I did apply a residual liquid treatment to the exterior foundation, doorway thresholds, as well as utility conduits going in and out of the home. Please allow 10 to 14 days to see the full residual effect however, you may notice an uptick in activity for a day or two, which is normal. Your interior bait stations had minimal activity so I replaced the old bait with new Bait, I also applied a liquid interior treatment to certain areas of the house per your request. On the exterior of the home, I checked both of your rodent bait stations, they showed signs of heavy activity, so I added a fresh bait to those stations. Finally, I played a liquid treatment to the foundation of the home, I also applied the liquid treatment to the trim of the doors and windows. This should keep any other pests from entering the home.
