Today I inspected the interior as well as the exterior of the home less activity than normal inside on the rodent stations. Today, I really cracked in and looked for the entryway holes and attached a few pictures to your account. Direct entryway hole in the gap underneath the back, left siding of the basement door and four entryway holes up underneath the white garage door trim.With the warmer temperatures there’s less activity gonna try to get inside. There’s plenty of food outside for them to forge for, however I did fill all units accordingly and treated the exterior with a residual liquid to help with ants and other trailing insects. Per your request I did treat the kitchen window door trim with a ant bait. Please allow 10 to 14 days to see the full residual effect of today’s application. During my inspection on the home, I did take notice to some clover, cobweb, and minimal activity on rodent bait stations. Today I serviced all these areas of concern, please allow about 10 to 14 days to see the full residual effect. The liquid residual exterior application that was done may start up a little activity, which is normal and I would give that same amount of time. No major issues to report however, I do recommend rinsing down your vinyl chairs outback for it’s not recommended to treat furniture with pesticides. I did do some granular insect control around the exterior of the back patio And treated the bottom legs of the vinyl to help control this activity from rising up to the surface areas. Today I inspected the exterior of the home for any pest activity however, I did take notice to good bit of trees and shrubs, touching the foundation of the home. Do you recommend trimming back all trees and shrubs about 12 to 18 inches off of the foundation to cut off any natural bridges for pest gain, easier access. I did apply a liquid application to the exterior foundation, bottom edge of windows, being mindful of any scrubs personal. Minimizing leaves and personal items from the foundation will help cut back on unwanted activity on the inside. Please allow 10 to 14 days to see the full residual effect of today’s application. It was great to speak with you and your daughter today before I got started with your initial inspection/service. From our conversation seems we’re dealing with some carpenter and activity. While inspecting a house, I did see two carpenter ants in the kitchen area by the back door. No activity observed in the attic or the basement, however I did see a small hole in the exterior wall by the electrical panel. Installed a rodent bait station up above the electrical panel, as well as one on the opposite side of the basement in the unfinished part. Directly on the other side of the wall from your garage. I did also install a unit inside the garage to control any activity of mice that may slip underneath this weatherstrip. I do recommend replacing that weatherstrip. Per your request I did treat interior baseboard application in the kitchen as well as the dining room room in the living room with the fireplace. when I was finished downstairs, I treated the interior baseboards of the bathrooms
