Ahmad S. arrived well within the window that was given, performed a quick inspection of the couch and bed to confirm there were no bedbugs after the first treatment two weeks earlier, and then did the second treatment quickly to kill any potentially remaining bedbugs. It Was great to speak with you and your husband today before I got started with your initial inspection/service. Today I inspected the home for any and all pest activity from top to bottom. While inside I installed a series of rodent monitors in the attic, basement, as well as the garage. These units will help monitor and control any activity of rodents that may be in the house however, today, while in the home, I did not see any new activity, but I did notice some old droppings. Due to the family being in the home for about three months this activity is probably newer than older, however, when I was done with the rodent monitors, I applied interior liquid baseboard treatment through all the rooms where I could reach to control spiders and general household insects. I did also install a few glue boxes in the unfinished parts of the basement to control and collect off this activity.while I was in the basement, I did inspect the exposed wooden joists that I could see for termite activity
Today I inspected the exterior of all three structures on the property. Inspected the interior of the cottage, as well as the barn inspected the crawlspace on the main home and installed two units on the exterior of each structure to minimize rodent population trailing around the exterior foundations. I didn’t notice some pretty significant activity inside the cottage droppings on the bed upstairs droppings in the corners behind the Washer and dryer as well as in the garage in the back left corner plus some holes up underneath the door trim. I did stuff copper mesh in the small cracks and crevices by the garage door. However, I do recommend fixing this double door in front of your mini SUV here.per your husband’s request, I did apply a interior baseboard liquid repellent in the cottage around the edges of the windows and door trim to help control Asian lady beetles. It was great to speak with you today before I get started with your initial inspection/service. From our conversation, it seems like we have a roach issue. Today I plied gel bait to the cracks and crevices in the cabinets and installed a few bait stations behind the refrigerator, up underneath the cabinets where the cutting board was, and one on the backside of the microwave. I did also install a few of these down in the basement Along with some gel bait to help and continue controlling the situation. I did apply a interior liquid baseboard, non-repellent to the baseboards of the kitchen, as well as any other baseboards throughout the home that I could reach. Plus I treated the basement. Per your request I installed three rodent bait stations downstairs in the basement for a mice or two gets in once in a while. I didn’t inspect the interior walls noticing some thing gaps on the edges however, do recommend maybe some spray foam insulation, or talking to your landlord about filling in th
Good morning Brendan, it was nice to meet you! Today I completed your initial pest service and did not find any termite activity! I then started by inspecting the garage and adding two mouse bait stations to either side of the door. The hole in the wall and floor should be sealed up to help prevent rodent entry. Next, I checked the basement and noticed possible entry into the first floor from pipes and hole in the wall. I recommend sealing all of those up as well. I added two mouse bait stations to the crawlspace and four on each corner of the foundation line. I did notice some natural light getting in from the wires of the ac unit. There is also a hole in the ground in the basement that should be sealed up as well. I will add pictures to the account as we talked about. Next, I knocked down cobwebs and spiderwebs from windows, doors, garages and eaves. Good afternoon, my name is Mark and today you are scheduled for your initial Premium Plus Pest Control Service. This entails, inspection of the interior and the exterior perimeter for any pest activity and possible gaps, holes or entryways into the home/property. Filling the gaps and holes in with copper mesh, that’s smaller than a golf ball. I inspected the exterior perimeter of the home and found no holes, gaps or entryways into the home. I also inspected the interior of the home, as well. Behind the stove and under the kitchen sink were large gaps, too large for copper mesh to fill. I saw droppings in those areas, as well. There were small gaps on each side of the garage door. I placed an exterior bait station by the A/C unit. In the interior, I placed an interior bait station behind the stove, under the kitchen sink, two in the attic, three in the crawl space and two in the garage.
