Isaac was a very knowledgeable and thorough technician. I appreciated the time that he took to explain the different types of treatment for what I needed and he explained the process very clearly. He was friendly and observant to our home environment and therefore was able to make appropriate plans of treatment for our home. Isaac was even helpful at giving suggestions with some problematic ornamental trees on our property. I really appreciated this because it didn’t feel like he was rushed or in a hurry and really cared about his job and the environment.

They were detailed in regards to what they were going to do and explained why such applications were necessary. It was great to speak with you today before I got started with your initial inspection/service. Today from our conversation, it seems you guys are dealing with some ants. During my inspection, I did see activity in the corners of some of the windows from previous ant activity. I did also observe some carpet beetles in some of the window tracks. I do recommend wiping out the window trim thoroughly due to this organic material in the window trim will be a feeding source for this activity. Today while in the home per request, I treated all interior baseboards to help control carpet, beetles, and ant activity plus General householding insects. I did also apply some gel bait to cracks and crevices where activity was observed plus I installed two clear ant bait arenas in the window, where the ant activity is the heaviest plus I left three ant arenas around the countertop area. when I was finished upstairs, I treated the interior baseboards of the basement and inspected any exposed joists tha

Today I inspected the home first floor and the basement area where you’re having some pretty significant activity. Just a heads up I recommend not spraying the over-the-counter pet safe kid safe Essential oil. This is like a repellent and will spread activity. Today I touched up the baseboards in the interior of the first floor and the basement and I also applied some gel bait to help mitigate the ant situation. I did also leave three small ant stations in the windows and one on the countertop for ants are attracted to water. I did take notice that outback your door frame is pretty waterlogged andwhen I was finished on the interior, I treated the exterior foundation out front as well as outback and I treated the back porch and the posts holding up the deck.
