First time using pest control for carpenter ants. The technician was very knowledgeable. I wish I was given some other less expensive options for service but it sounds like I’m getting the premium plus service wish makes me wonder if there is a more affordable option.

The service entails removing visible cobwebs around entryway, treating the exterior perimeter, window & door trim, the deck, (if there’s one) with a liquid residual application. This treatment will assist in controlling pests activity, such as, ants, boxelder bugs, centipedes, crickets, spiders, general pests, and stink bugs. Sorry I missed you this morning during your quarterly inspection/service however, per your husband‘s request. I applied some gel bait for ants in the kitchen and the bathroom off of the kitchen. I recommend not killing ants for the next day or two if you see him clustering around this gel material, allow them to take it back to their hive. However, after a day or two, I would wipe these areas with a Clorox wipe to help break up any pheromone trail. They may be leaving. I did check all of your rodent stations inside as well as out and the one downstairs in your garage seems to be the only station that’s getting activity and I would check your weatherstrips around your garage doors to make sure they’re sealed properly and any little holes that might go down through the driveway. I would get all this area sealed up to cut off entryway points for Rodents. The one station next to the driveway at the base of the tree had some carpenter and activity, and I applied some granular bait in this area to help me to get that situation.when I was finishing up, I removed some cobwebs to help me minimize spider activity as well as applied a residual liquid treatment to the exterior foundation to continue controlling, seasonal insects.
