Next, I knocked down cobwebs and spiderwebs from windows, doors and eaves around the home. Lastly, I sprayed a liquid residual to help combat spiders and general fall invader pests along the exterior, windowsills and eaves. Good afternoon! Today I completed your Pest initial inspection. I inspected the interior for any entry points for rodent activity. In your basement, there is a lot of entry points as well as the exterior foundation. There is a lot of cracks in the foundation leading to access points for rodents, I would recommend getting those sealed to prevent them from entering. On the exterior, I placed three bait stations. These will monitor and control pest activity. On the interior, I sprayed for roaches, spiders, and other general pest. I also placed four bait stations towards the back exit of your kitchen. There was an entry point there (I sealed it with copper mesh) so I wanted to make sure that you guys are covered, I placed 12 bait stations in your basement as well as rat traps and glue boards. Hello again! I took care of your other location as well. I checked the areas of interest that your husband pointed out to me. I inspected for entry points as well. From the exterior I didn’t see any entry points. Where I think they’re coming in from would be the baseboards. They’re all loose and could lead to an exit point for them. I placed glue boards in your storage space and snap traps in the basement to control rodent activity. I placed glueboards in the kitchen. I removed old glue boards. I also sprayed a non-repellent solution to both areas, targeting roaches, stink bugs, and spiders. I placed one exterior rodent bait station to the backside of your property next to the trash unit. I filled two gaps with copper mesh to slow any possible mouse activity. I placed three bait stations in the kitchen and back room one on the side of the stove another next to the back room door another in the back room. Good morning Thomas, it was nice to meet you! Today we completed your initial pest service by first talking with you and inspecting around the kitchen, cabinets, living room and basement. You did already seal up one hole where mice were getting into the living room, but we did notice a bigger hole where the gas line goes up to the stove. We noticed droppings behind the stove, so sealing that up with help prevent entry points. We went into the basement and added 5 mouse bait stations with one by the gas line, one by the hot water heater, 2 up on the window ledge and one by the pipe on the floor. Each station is loaded up with fresh bait to help control the rodent population. Next, we added one MBs behind the stove, under the sink baseboards, one by the door and one under the tv stand. We also used copper mesh to plug up the two holes under the sink to prevent mice entry. We then sprayed a liquid residual into the cabinets, around the baseboard and cracks to help combat the cockroaches.
