A check and replenishment of rodent bait stations. (Heavy. Will reset monitoring when basement is finished) A liquid treatment to the foundation of the home . liquid growth, inhibitor treatment throughout the second floor, dining room and kitchen area where nymph activity is still seen. Activity is decreasing on the second floor but some nymphs are still present underneath the access panel behind the tub which likely means they could still be more under the floor. So treatment will continue. On the first floor activity is still heavy around the refrigerator. I am seeing activity drop as a treat the kitchen getting behind the refrigerator is going to make a bigger difference. If someone can pull the refrigerator out during one of our visits, I can do a crack and crevice treatment back there. Please give today’s treatment at least

Found mouse droppings in the basement, attic, first and second floors. I added four mouse bait stations in the basement, two in the attic, one in pantry and one in each room. I also added two exterior rodent bait stations to help control the rodent population. There was cockroach activity in the kitchen and bathroom, so I sprayed a liquid residual around the interior baseboards to help combat the issue. I also added cockroach gel bait on the hinges of the cabinets and dishwasher. Next, I sprayed a liquid residual to help combat ants, spiders and general pests around the exterior foundation. Hello John, it’s CJ and I provided your initial service today. Inspecting the exterior I found no apparent mouse holes and the property is very well-maintained. Closed in areas under the front and back porch are not yet inspected. A large rodent bait station was placed to the right of the front porch, closest to the meter. There are still three bait stations in the garden from the previous company, I explained I cannot use them. But I will scale our own bait stations up or down as needed after monitoring. Inspecting the interior it is apparent that the attic has been monitored for mouse activity for sometime. There are currently no signs of mouse activity in the attic. On the second floor, mouse activity was found behind the access panel to the tub, and that bait station was refilled. Following the pipes down, I placed another bait station underneath the kitchen sink and behind the microwave where activity was observed. I placed bait stations in unfinished areas of the basement.
