Hello Selina This is CJ and I provide an interior service for roaches today . I gave a general spray from the basement to the second hallway and bathroom. I applied a target treatment to crevices around the bathroom sink, kitchen, stove, refrigerator, and sides of the kitchen counter and cabinet facing the stove. Keep an eye on where road activity likes to come and go. We will hit their favorite spots with more targeted treatments to prevent reproduction. I’m making a note to the office to reschedule for your exterior liquid treatment and a follow up on today’s interior treatment . Please give today’s treatment 10 days to see. Good morning Taunya! Today I stopped by for your initial service. First, I inspected the exterior of the building and found points of rooted ingress and documented them. I provided a liquid spray to the foundations. And I swept for any spider activity. Inside I treated your cabinets with liquid, aerosol, and gel treatments for roaches. The service will require a few follow ups, but thanks to your preparedness, we’re off to a good start! I placed mouse bait stations in three corners of the basement, two by the basement door, and two by the garage door. A large rodent bait station was also placed on the outside of the garage. Finally, for peace of mind, I inspected your mattress for signs of bedbug activity . Though I did not find anything, I recommended using bedbug monitoring device. I will have the office call you about what our bedbug services entail. I’m going to schedule a 30 day follow up to check on the mouse monitoring . And the two week follow up for roach treatment. I inspected the interior for any previous or current pest activity, or any conducive conditions. I sprayed the windows and doors, bathrooms , and under the kitchen sink with a liquid treatment that will kill pests on contact over the next 90 days. I placed glue boards between the refrigerators, and besides the door of each storage room for monitoring purposes . I placed a mouse bait station under the kitchen sink and one in the utility room where I saw a few old mouse droppings. Please give today’s treatment at least 10 days to see. It’s best results. Today I completed your initial pest inspection and treatment service. It was nice speaking with you today. I started by inspecting the basement where we saw signs of rat activity. I placed four rat traps in the basement. Your tenant mentioned that the drain to the basement was an easy access point which he blocked off ever since. During my inspection, I did not see many if any at all entry points into the basement for rats. I placed a large rodent bait station behind the house to monitor and control the rodent population. I also treated the exterior of the home with a liquid residual to prevent ants and general seasonal pest. Give this treatment up to two weeks to take full effect. This is CJ with an update on today’s service Due to the rain, I cannot provide any exterior treatment, but I did provide an interior treatment for observed roach activity. Roach droppings were found in the corners of the cabinets and a dead roach was found in the laundry room bathroom. I treated both bathrooms with a liquid treatment. I sprayed in inaccessible areas around the laundry, room and kitchen, such as underneath empty cabinets and behind appliance appliances . A baseboard and door frame treatment may be required. I will schedule a follow up in two weeks to provide the service. To prepare for that appointment, the counters in the kitchen should be cleared and furniture pulled 6 to 8 inches away from the walls. I spoke to Stacy, and other members of the household reported a decrease in water bug activity. I took a look at the basement and found some conditions that would attract water bugs and suggested a dehumidifier . Although it seems, our treatment is effective, a dehumidifier could reduce our need for frequent interior spraying. And then checked the termite bait stations which are still clean and looked around for any bee or wasp activity. Did you see an Increase in activity please give us a call
Good afternoon Al, my name is Ryan and today I completed initial pest service. First, I sprayed a liquid residual in the closet and crawl space to help combat cockroaches. Next, I treated the entire kitchen, one wall in living room and closets, plus the upstairs bathroom with a liquid residual to help combat cockroaches. Lastly, I sprayed a liquid residual in the laundry room to help combat the issue. Due to a remodel in the home we were unable to treat anywhere else, but we talked about next time out being able to get a full treatment when things are clear. Good afternoon, David My name is Chris and I’m with Green pest solutions today. I went to this location to do the pest control service on arrival I went inside and with Mrs. and then I inspected all the rodent stations in the kitchen and basement and all of them were empty of their bait material. There was also a large amount of mouse waste presentin the areas where the station are. Recommend the mouse ways to be removed and cleaned up because it’ll act as a lower back to those locations. I also found two holes in the kitchen and one in the living room, and I sealed them up with copper mesh. Outside the home I checked the rodent stations and they also were empty of their bait material so I went ahead and replenished them and then I thoroughly treated the exterior with liquid residual material.
