Today I completed your pest control service. First I walked around the house with a web brush removing all visible webs. I then applied a liquid residual treatment to the exterior foundation. I have also treated the baseboards and all rooms and hallways throughout the house as well as replenished the bait of the interior bait stations, replace glue boards and snap traps as needed, and replenish the bait in the exterior bait station, which showed moderate feeding activity. Good afternoon, Today you were scheduled for your initial Premium Pest Control Service. This entails, inspection of the interior and exterior perimeter for any possible gaps, holes or entryways into the home/property. Filling them in with copper mesh, that’s smaller than a golf ball. There wasn’t any holes or gaps observed during the inspection. I treated the exterior perimeter with a liquid residual treatment, as well as, the interior with a different liquid residual treatment. I also placed seven interior bait stations throughout the store and two multi catch traps under the sink and under a rack, behind the counter. I placed two exterior bait stations on either side of the entrance door. Please allow the treatment two weeks to let the treatment have its full effectiveness. Good afternoon, my name is Mark and I’m sorry I missed you. I’m here to perform your Premium Pest Control Service. The service entails removing visible cobwebs around entryway, treating the exterior perimeter, window & door trim, the deck, (if there’s one) and eaves with a liquid residual application. I treated the exterior of the garage, as well. This treatment will assist in controlling pests activity, such as, ants, boxelder bugs, centipedes, crickets, spiders, general pests, and stink bugs. Please allow two weeks to let the treatment have its full effectiveness. I also inspected the exterior bait stations for rodent activity. The exterior bait station on the side of the home was empty. The other in the rear had very little activity on the bait. I replenished them both with fresh bait to maintain the control and monitoring of the rodent activity and population.
