Dave was awesome. He was super friendly and put me at ease with my yellow jacket issue immediately. He was obviously very knowledgeable and went on the hunt to identify the access point to the inside of my bedroom where I discovered them. Within 5 - 10 short minutes he had that accomplished! After 2 weeks of my searching for that access point unsuccessfully he was able to successfully find the hole they had chewed thru my closet ceiling to gain access to the interior of my bedroom. I was thrilled!! Dave then proceeded with treating the unwanted pests from within the closet and from inside of the attic where he was also able to locate the nest and treat that directly 👏😁 I am so happy to know that I will soon be able to return to my bedroom safely and that I have the support that I might need in the future should another pest problem arise. I cannot say enough about my level of satisfaction with the work performed.

No visible entry points around the exterior and the garage at the time of service. You pointed out droppings on the deck area around the chimney which turned out to be bat droppings. we inspected the interior of the home to find no evidence of rodent activity. We placed two exterior rodent bait stations, one next to the garage and one next to the HVAC compressor, on the outside of the home to help monitor and control any rodent activity on the exterior. We then performed an exterior liquid residual treatment around the foundation to help control surface crawling insects. Good afternoon Vicki. Today we completed your initial pest control service. We addressed your concerns of mice activity. Some heavy mouse droppings found in the basement area. We recommend cleaning up any old mouse droppings so we can determine level of activity and location of activity. We did refill two mouse bait stations that were in the basement along the sill plate and placed two new mouse bait stations. We inspected the garage and found one hole in the wall around an electrical box and filled out with copper mesh to prevent any future pest entry. You stated garage door stays open all the time so we placed two exterior rodent bait stations on Either side of the garage door to help control pest entry. We placed one other exterior rodent bait station on the front right corner of the home. Hi, good afternoon, it was nice meeting you today. Today I completed your one time service for stinging insects. I found hornet activity in a gap below the siding by the back garage door. They seem to be nesting in between the walls. I sprayed into the gap with a non-repellent solution as well as the surrounding area. You will still see activity over the next week, but they will eventually disappear. So please allow 7 to 10 days for the results of this treatment. Today I inspected the exterior of the home for any and all pest activity locating your exterior rodent stations as well as your termite monitors. The termite monitor showed no activity however, your rodent station showed some pretty moderate feeding, and I did replenish the material in the station to continue controlling and monitoring for this activity. When I was finished up I applied a residual liquid treatment to the exterior foundation, window, trim, doorway, entrance in any other small cracks and crevices. This application may cause an uptick and activity for a day or so. However, you should see the full effect within 10 to 14 days. I do recommend reaching out to our lawn department, Greenlawn fertilizing and discuss having your trees and shrubs, possibly treated for mosquitoes to help cut back on the flying activity around the property.
