Upon inspecting the interior for ants I found the source of the ants on the exterior and treated it accordingly. I also found some clover mites on the windowsills in the living room and bedroom after discussing this with your wife I will setup a two week follow up to address the clover mites. I treated the interior baseboards in the living room and exterior foundation line of your home with a liquid residual to help combat ants and general invaders. I applied a non-repellent solution around the baseboard of the kitchen, mudroom, and on the exposed wall in the basement. I applied a non-repellent solution on the perimeter of the deck. I applied another non-repellent solution around the exterior foundation of the house. These liquid treatments will target ants, including carpenter ants, as well as spiders, stink bugs, and other general pests. I also placed two ant bait stations on the kitchen counters. I then very granular bait around the perimeter under the deck to target carpenter ants. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for the results of this treatment. Hi, good afternoon, sorry I missed you today. Today I completed the premium plus service. I removed visible cobwebs to reduce spider activity. The termite monitors show no signs of activity. I replaced one termite monitor that was missing. I noticed a large amount of ant activity in the mulch bed in front of the house. I buried granular bait into the mulch to help mitigate ant activity. I also applied a non-repellent solution around the exterior foundation to target ants and other general pests. Please allow two weeks for the results of this treatment.
