Dave was awesome. He was super friendly and put me at ease with my yellow jacket issue immediately. He was obviously very knowledgeable and went on the hunt to identify the access point to the inside of my bedroom where I discovered them. Within 5 - 10 short minutes he had that accomplished! After 2 weeks of my searching for that access point unsuccessfully he was able to successfully find the hole they had chewed thru my closet ceiling to gain access to the interior of my bedroom. I was thrilled!! Dave then proceeded with treating the unwanted pests from within the closet and from inside of the attic where he was also able to locate the nest and treat that directly 👏😁 I am so happy to know that I will soon be able to return to my bedroom safely and that I have the support that I might need in the future should another pest problem arise. I cannot say enough about my level of satisfaction with the work performed.

Good morning Christine. Today we completed your initial premium plus pest control service. We addressed your concerns of roach activity. We did find one live German cockroach nymph in the kitchen. We added some gel bait through the kitchen and other areas of reported activity along with treating with Gentrol Insect Growth Regulator. We placed some glue board monitors in the kitchen to determine level and location of activity. Then we inspected the exterior of the home and treated the perimeter with a liquid residual insecticide to help control general and seasonal pests. We performed a termite inspection to find no activity, and replaced termite monitoring stations around the four corners of the home. Good afternoon! Today I completed your Pest initial inspection. I started on the exterior looking for pest entry points. I took down any cobwebs I sold around your doors and windows to limit spider activity on the interior of your home, and then checked mulch beds for any termite activity. There was none at this time. I placed turn my monitors at the corners of your home to monitor termite activity. I also sprayed a non-repellent solution targeting general pest, such as box elder bugs, spiders,and stink bugs. I also did an interior inspection. I started in your attic, because that was the area of interest. Strategically placed snap traps, glue boards and bait to control activity. I also did so in a crawlspace on the second floor. Please allow 10 to 15 days for the results of the treatment. It was so nice to meet you. Thank you so much for choosing Green Pest Solutions.
Good morning Christopher. Today we completed your initial pest control service. We addressed your concerns of mice activity. Multiple mice found in glue traps that were previously placed before our service. We inspected the interior to find possible entry points and we recommend filling those entry points with caulk or spray foam. We also placed four mouse bait stations (1 in water heater closet, 2 under the stairs, and 1 under the stove) to help control and monitor mice activity. Then inspected the exterior and found a possible entry point around the HVAC wiring/piping. We filled that with some copper mesh and recommend spray foaming around that hole also. We place two exterior rodent bait stations on either side of the home to help monitor and control activity on the outside. Then we treated the exterior with a liquid residual insecticide to help control general and seasonal pests. Please allow these treatment methods 1 to 2 weeks to reach the maximum effectiveness.
