Dave was awesome. He was super friendly and put me at ease with my yellow jacket issue immediately. He was obviously very knowledgeable and went on the hunt to identify the access point to the inside of my bedroom where I discovered them. Within 5 - 10 short minutes he had that accomplished! After 2 weeks of my searching for that access point unsuccessfully he was able to successfully find the hole they had chewed thru my closet ceiling to gain access to the interior of my bedroom. I was thrilled!! Dave then proceeded with treating the unwanted pests from within the closet and from inside of the attic where he was also able to locate the nest and treat that directly 👏😁 I am so happy to know that I will soon be able to return to my bedroom safely and that I have the support that I might need in the future should another pest problem arise. I cannot say enough about my level of satisfaction with the work performed.

Good morning. It was a pleasure meeting you today. Your initial pest service was completed this morning. I inspected the interior exterior for any signs of termites and found none at this time. I installed four termite monitors at the four corners of the home. I placed six mouse bait stations on the interior for in the basement and two in the garage. I placed six snap traps in the basement for rodent control. I sealed up two entry points with copper mesh to mitigate mouse activity. I placed two exterior bait stations and areas of high traffic for rodent control. I removed the cobwebs around the exterior of the home and knocked down the small wasp nest. I applied a liquid residual treatment to the basement for general seasonal pest control. A different liquid residual treatment was applied to the exterior foundation the bottom of windows and around doors for general seasonal pest control. if you have any questions or concerns, please contact the office. Today I observed yellow jackets going in and out of the hole by the faucet on the left side of the house by the driveway. I did treat this entryway hole with a residual transferable liquid. These insects will take the product in inside the hive and control it internal. However, Im going to set up a follow up appointment to remove the high from the interior.
