Today I inspected the exterior of the home not seeing too much activity going on however, I did treat your exterior foundation as well as the underside of your back porch and the entry way to your basement door. I did thoroughly treat around conduits and the underside of your siding as well as the front doorway entrance and I did slide the carpet away from the front door before I treated so no product soaked into this door mat. Today I completed your one time service for Hornets. It was good talking with you today. I first started by treating the hornet nest with a liquid residual to help knock down hornets. I then used an aerosol to quickly knock down hornets inside and outside the nest. We added some mouse bait stations and snap traps on the interior of the home and the garage (mbs under stove, in garage, living room, dining room, basement)(snap trap under kitchen sink and in basement) to help monitoring control any mice activity. Then we inspected the exterior of the home and placed two exterior rodent bait stations to help control and monitor activity on the exterior. We performed a termite inspection to find no termite activity along with placing termite monitoring devices on the four corners of the home. German roach activity found in the kitchen area and reported in bathrooms throughout the home. We treated these areas with roach gel bait, residual, insecticide, insect growth regulator, and placed down glue board monitoring devices to help control and monitor areas and level of activity. We recommend getting the fridge repaired as this excess moisture that is present inside the fridge will attract and harbor these insects. Roach activity will take some time to get under control and will not be eliminated overnight. We will set up a two week follow up to check on level of activity. During my inspection, I was mindful of any of your personal belongings around the exterior of the home, I did see some general pest activity on the exterior and today’s application will help in minimizing the seasonal pressure of insects trying to enter the home.
