Today I completed quarterly service today. Inspected and treated the exterior of home. Started off by spot treating the exterior for clover mites. Visible spiderwebs were removed from exterior as well. An application was applied along foundation, and around doors or windows to help control general pest activity including ants and spiders. Hello! Today I was here for your quarterly pest service. upon arrival, I knocked on the front door twice and received no answer so treated around the exterior during today’s visit. First I performed a visual inspection while removing all cobwebs from around the exterior of the property, windows, doorways, and underneath the eaves, and no pest issues were noticed during today's service. Then I performed a liquid treatment around the exterior of the property, windows, doorways, and underneath the eaves as a preventative for all general pests. Next I inspected all exterior RBS and there was heavy rodent activity on the right side and back of the home but I placed fresh bait in all stations as needed. Last I inspected all exterior termite stations around the property and there were no signs of termite activity found during time of visit. Hello! Today I completed your initial pest control service. We spoke about the ongoing mice activity throughout the building. During my inspection I found multiple areas where mice can enter the building as well as activity by the refrigerator in the kitchen. Mouse bait stations were installed around the building in labs, kitchen area, and offices where activity was reported. An exterior bait station was installed to the rear side by the bay door.
