Today I completed your termite sentricon treatment. I inspected all the areas of concern and found termite activity by the front door and in the basement area near the seal plate. I installed and above ground station in the basement to help eliminate the termite activity. I then installed 18 total stations around the exterior perimeter. Today I completed your premium plus pest control service. I installed termite monitors stations on the outside of your home. I then knocked down all the visible cobwebs on the outside of your home. I also, applied a liquid residual application around all outside windows, doorways, and cracks and crevices. This will help prevent and eliminate any ants as well as other seasonal pest from getting indoors. I found four different ant colonies on the back right side of the home. Hello! Today I was here for your Termite install service. First I performed a visual inspection of the interior and exterior of the property for Termites and a lot of inactive mud tunnels nest was noticed in the basement area during today’s visit, but I scraped them all so we can keep a closer eye on them, I did find one area where active termites were noticed near the bottom steps on the ceiling area that I placed an above ground station to monitor and eliminate termite activity. Next I performed a thorough inspection around exterior of the property, but didn’t notice any visible activity during the time of visit. Today I completed your initial pest control service. Customer mentioned that she has seen roach activity in the kitchen cabinets, stove, and in her room.
