Good morning. I completed your initial service today. Pantry moths are your primary concern. I applied a liquid residual solution for pantry moths and general pests to kitchen cabinets and baseboards. I placed 2 pantry moth traps in kitchen with pheromones to attract the males. I treated the exterior of home for general pests with a liquid residual solution. I placed out 2 large rodent bait stations and installed 4 termite monitors outside near the corners. I did find current evidence of termites today. Recommend viewing the residential inspection checklist- bird feeders, rotting timber (objects) and overgrowth close to structure attracts rodents and are conducive for general pest harboring.
