I inspected the interior exterior for any signs of termites and found none at this time. I placed glue boards throughout the home to monitor for any pest activity. Due to the process of moving in I recommend on a 30 day follow up to let the technician inspect the glue boards and decide the next course of action for the interior treatment. I removed the cobwebs and several wasp nest from the exterior of the home. A liquid residual treatment was applied to the exterior foundation, eaves, bottoms of windows and the sides of doorways of the home for general and seasonal pest control. Hello! Today I was here for your Initial pest service. First I placed 8 MBS interior throughout the basement, crawlspace, kitchen, and garage to monitor and eliminate rodent activity. Then I placed 2 exterior RBS to monitor and eliminate rodent activity. Next I performed a visual inspection while removing all cobwebs from around the exterior of the property, windows, doorways, and underneath the eaves, and no pest issues were noticed during today's service but I did notice a lot of your vent ways that lead to the crawlspace has holes in them that I recommend you get fixed to help keep rodents from entering into the property. Then I performed a liquid treatment around the exterior of the property, windows, doorways, and underneath the eaves as a preventative for all general pests. I applied a liquid residual treatment to the interior in the garage and on the inside of the front door for general pest control focusing on springtails. I placed two interior bait stations in the garage for mouse activity. I placed an exterior bait station and removed the old bait station to help mitigate rodent activity. Today I completed your quarterly premium pest control service. A liquid residual treatment was applied around the exterior of home for seasonal insects. Per your concern for ants in your kitchen, an ant gel was applied around your kitchen countertops, and ant gel baited arenas were placed on those countertops. Please allow up to 2 weeks to see a decrease in activity. Also a Weber pole duster was used to knock down any spider webs on the exterior. These applications are to aid in the prevention of insect entry and control. The 2 exterior rodent bait stations were refreshed with new bait. Very minimal activity was found.
