Good morning, and thank you for choosing Green Pest Solutions! Today we provided a quarterly service which included an external spray, Web sweeping, replacement of termite bait stations, and checking rodent bait stations. We also inspected the interior of the home and found carpet beetles. We sprayed the interior. We refreshed rodent bait stations and found very little activity. Last we inspected both exterior termite monitors, and there were no signs of termite activity found on today’s visit, but we installed two additional termite monitors to have a total of four. Inspecting the outside of the home, we found no pest activity, however, I wanted to bring to your attention potential issues for the future. We found grains stored in plastic on the back patio. No pest have discovered this yet, but this could attract mice, rats, or roaches. We also found plastic bag against the side of the home, we pulled it away to keep the foundation dry and ensure our treatment is effective.

Today I completed your quarterly pest control service. A liquid residual treatment was applied around the exterior of home for seasonal insects. Also a Weber pole duster was used to knock down spider webs on the exterior. Per your request, ant gel baited arenas were left on front door to be placed wherever ants are being seen on the interior.
