Completed initial service today. Inspected and serviced interior and exterior of home. Roach activity being seen on all levels today, especially in kitchen. Applied a liquid application along baseboards throughout home, and in empty cabinets in kitchen. Also treated behind stove a refrigerator. Unfortunately, we do not do wildlife removal so you may have to contact a wildlife company to take care of the raccoon if it becomes a consistent visitor. The droppings by the AC unit appear to be bat droppings. Wildlife removal companies can also give you more information on bats. I started in the laundry room and sunroom. I added an additional rodent bait station to the sunroom behind the sofa. Hello! Today I was here for your quarterly pest service. Since roaches are still somewhat persistent, I did a lot of focus on the kitchen by treating baseboard level, cracks and crevices as well as around major appliances with a liquid residual product, effective and roach control. A gel bait for roach control was applied a long gaps in the baseboard, countertops, cabinets, and along the backsplash behind the sink.* I recommend contacting the office for a follow up in approximately two weeks.
