Good morning Anna it’s CJ and I stopped by for a bee service. You have four points of very heavy, yellow jacket activity on the right side of the house. The largest being in the soffit above the right hand shutter. There’s another hive in an empty utility hole by the deck steps. A third behind the light fixture on the deck. And a fourth point of entrance between the porch beam and exterior wall to the right of the front door. After using painters, tape to tape off gaps around your baseboards, molding, and deck door control for wasps, crawling in from behind at the drywall I proceeded to treat the outside. I heavily treated all four areas with a slow acting insecticide that may take between 3 to 5 days to eliminate hive activity. If you still see any activity, no matter how small, after five days, please call us back for a second treatment . Keep the painters tape up until the coast is clear .
It was a pleasure speaking with you today! Today I applied a liquid residual around the perimeter of the home focusing on the foundation line and thresholds. This will aid in the prevention and elimination of ants and various crawling insects that may try to enter the structure. I found a yellow jackets nest entering he home at the rear upper corner of home by basement steps. I spot treated this also. These should subside within the next few days. I made sure to avoid any personal items as well as any flowering plants and edibles. I checked any exterior rodent bait stations around the perimeter of the home and at pool pump. Heavy feeding against home. Minor feeding by pool pump. Replaced all bait accordingly. I inspected for any possible entry points. No recommendations at this time. Lastly, I checked all termite bait stations. No signs of termites found today. Please allow up to 10-14 days for optimal results. Today we completed our quarterly pest inspection and treatment services. It was good talking with you today. Went around the house and knocked on cobwebs and spiderwebs. We treated the interior of the home for the ants were heavy with an aerosol spray and also a liquid residual to help get rid of and prevent ants in that room. I threw away the paper wasp nest that I was able to find. I checked all exterior rodent bait stations and replenished them which they showed moderate signs of rodent activity. The two mouse bait stations inside the garage showed no signs of activity, I replaced the glue boards in the garage with activity as well. Finally, I treated the exterior of home with a liquid residual to prevent ants and general seasonal pest. Give this treatment up to two weeks to take full effect.
