Good afternoon! Today I completed your quarterly pest control service. I took down any cobwebs I saw around windows and doors to limit spider activity on the interior of your home. I also checked your exterior rodent control devices. They were all empty, so I refilled them with fresh bait. I sprayed the exterior foundation with a non-repellent solution, targeting general pest, such as ants, wasp, and spiders. Please allow 7 to 10 days for the results of this treatment. I removed visible cobwebs around entryways, treated the exterior perimeter, window & door trim, the deck, and the eaves with a liquid residual application. This treatment will assist in controlling pests activity, such as, ants, beetles, boxelder bugs, earwigs, spiders, stink bugs and seasonal pests. Initially, you may see an uptick in the pest activity, for the treatment agitates the pests, don’t be alarmed, this is normal. Please allow two weeks to let the treatment continue to work and let it have its full effectiveness. I also inspected the termite monitors. There were no termite activity observed.
