Today I inspected your property and installed 21 of the Sentricon termite bait system around the exterior perimeter of your house and 2 above ground stations on the left side of the house at the foundation level. This product will help control both existing and potential termite activity. Within approximately 90 days of the termites feeding on the bait the entire colony will be eliminated. Please be aware that swarming is still possible and normal. A simple home vacuum will easily remove any swarmers. It is recommended to extend the downspouts to properly direct water away from the foundation. Also, cut back any vegetation touching or close to the house.
