So grateful our service guy found a yellow jacket nest in the ground and warned us about it after he treated it. We have young children and it would have been awful if one of them stepped in/near it. So thankful!

I inspected the exterior and interior of your home for any termite activity or damage as well as any pest or rodent activity or entry points. No visible termite activity or damage was found on the exterior or interior of your home at this time. Rodent entry points found via open garage doors and hole on right rear side of home borrowed underneath home. Rodent feces also found into attic spaces on both sides of children’s bedrooms. I installed four termite monitors outside of your home, one at each corner. I installed six rodent bait stations inside your home, two are in each of the attic spaces on either side of your child’s bedroom And two are placed inside the garage. I placed three large rodent bait stations on the exterior of your home. Hello! Today I did your service for yellow jackets and wasps. I located a paper wasp nest above the front door and removed it. You pointed out the bush with heavy yellow jacket activity and I treated the entire bush and base where the yellow jackets were entering the ground. Upon spraying the queen emerged and I was able to spray her with my product. Please give a few days for the treatment to fully take effect. Carefully avoiding plants, vegetables, and any personal items, I applied a non repellent treatment around the exterior foundation of your home to help control ants, spiders and any other general pests. Please allow 10-14 days for optimal results of today’s treatment. I was unable to locate any of the termite monitors so I placed 4 new ones near the corners of your home. It is advised to cut the vegetation at least 12 inches away from your home; as it creates conducive conditions for pests to thrive and also to bypass our treatment. I inspected the interior and exterior for any possible termite damage or activity and found none at this time. I also inspected the interior and exterior for possible rodent entry points or activity and also found none at this time. I applied a non repellent treatment the tree and stones near the pool targeting yellow jackets. I also treated another yellow jacket area under the bricks on the left side house close to the gate. Activity between 3-5 days is normal. If you are still seeing activity after 5 days, give us a call and we will return for another treatment. I also applied a non repellent treatment to the interior baseboards and windows and doorways of the living room, back room leading to the back yard and the side room on the right side of the house targeting ants, spiders and other general pests. Good afternoon, I was here today to complete a one time service for bees. I inspected around the exterior of your detached garage/apartment and found dozens of mud wasp nest as well as dozens of paper wasp nest. Mud wasp nest were scraped free of home and cleaned up.
