I noticed the dryer vent was detached from the wall. I recommend getting that secured properly to prevent pest entry. I sprayed the exterior foundation making sure to avoid any planted vegetables, with a non-repellent liquid solution, targeting ant, spiders, and other general pests. I refilled with fresh bait. I checked the exterior for entry points, but did not find any. I did notice the large trees over hanging the roofs along the row of homes. I do recommend talking to your HOA to get those trimmed away from the roof as that may be a possible entry point. I was unable to check your attic as I did not have a ladder tall enough to reach it. Hello today, I completed your pest initial service. I inspected your exterior and found that your two basement windows were slightly open. Getting those sealed will help prevent pest entry. I also found the gap behind the stove into the basement. I recommend getting that sealed to prevent direct pest activity from the basement. I placed roach bait gel and stations all throughout the kitchen. I also placed glue boards to help identify the density and lifecycle of the roaches.
