It was a pleasure speaking with you today! Today I placed (15) Sentricon termite bait stations around the exterior perimeter of the home. This will aid in the elimination and of any current or future termite colonies that may infest the home. It may take 90 days from the start of feeding to eliminate a termite colony. Swarming during this period may happen and should be expected. I applied a liquid residual around the perimeter of the home focusing on the foundation line and thresholds. This will aid in the prevention and elimination of ants and various crawling insects that may try to enter the structure. I made sure to avoid any personal items as well as any flowering plants and edibles. I inspected for any possible entry points. I recommend trimming back any overgrowth that’s touching the home. Good morning I completed your initial service today. I started by inspecting around the basement. I knocked down a bunch of cobwebs and treated the perimeter with a liquid residual for ants, spiders, and other general pests. I then inspected the main floor. I found no active flying ants in the living room. Though I did find a few dead ones in spiderwebs. In the kitchen, I found a few ants moving around the windowsill. I placed two ant bait stations on the countertop. By the time I left ants were swarming the bait station by the sink. I treated around the garage as well. On my exterior inspection I found and removed three paper wasps nests with our discussion in your concern with mice. I placed a large bait station in the backyard to help with this issue and see how the activity is. I also treated the exterior foundation and around doors/windows. Hello! Today I did your initial inspection and service. I started inside, where I treated the basement for ants and placed bait stations to monitor ant activity. In the crawlspace I placed 2 mouse bait stations and 2 glue boards to monitor spider and mouse activity. On the exterior of the home I swept the eaves, doorways, and windowsills, knocking down spider webs and egg sacs. I treated the foundation, doorways, and window trims with a liquid solution to prevent entry from any unwanted pests. I placed rodent bait stations on either side of the home to monitor future rodent activity. I placed 4 termite monitors on every corner of the home to make sure we can monitor any termite activity before any further damage occurs. Please give 2 weeks for the treatment to fully take effect. The exterior station by the garage showed light feeding while the one by the cellar door was untouched. I refilled all stations with fresh bait.
