Good morning. Today I completed your quarterly service. I applied a liquid treatment to the perimeter along the foundation and around doors and windows. Good afternoon it was nice speaking with both of you, I completed your initial service today. I inspected the exterior of the house and found a few small openings. I used copper mesh to black up the smaller holes, and I explained that expanding foam could fix the ones that I could not deal with. I placed a large bait station on the back of the house that should help keep mice out. I inspected the interior, including garage and kitchen. I noticed a few small holes in the pantry that I used copper mesh to block. I also placed a small bait station in the pantry and two small bait stations in the garage. The last thing I did was place four termite monitors on the corners of the house. These will help us monitor for termite activity in the future. As a recommendation, I would focus on getting the garage doors fixed and getting the expanding foam in the larger holes around the outside of the house. Your tenant reported to have e seen a couple of roaches in the kitchen. I placed gel bait in the cracks and crevices in the kitchen and placed a couple of glue traps to monitor activity. I recommend calling for a follow up treatment to have the interior treated, please call the office for a prep sheet to follow so that we can thoroughly treat the area. I placed glue boards throughout the kitchen and bathrooms to help monitor future activity. I applied a liquid treatment to the baseboards, around appliances, and in the empty cabinet. I also placed gel bait in the cracks and crevices where they tend to gather. I treated the exterior as well along the foundation and around doors and windows. I recommend clearing as much clutter as possible and calling for a follow up appointment within 2 weeks. Clearing out the cabinets will allow us to treat the kitchen more thoroughly. I installed termite monitors at each corner outside except for the front corner. Once the objects are removed from the area we will be able to install the last one.
