Good afternoon, Sorry I missed you today. I was here for your quarterly pest service. I refilled your rodent bait station which had minor activity. I removed some webs and applied a liquid to the exterior perimeter. I re installed two termite bait stations that were laying on the back patio. Please call if needed before your next service. Hello, today I completed your quarterly service. I applied a liquid treatment to the foundation and along the baseboards in the specified areas. I found ants trailing at the back porch and near the garage. I placed gel bait in these spots as well. Please allow up to two weeks for the treatment to take effect. Good afternoon this is David with Green Pest Solutions. It was nice meeting you. I completed your quarterly pest service. I swept away spider webs and wasp nests as needed. I applied a non repellent solution around the perimeter of your home at the foundation level as well as the windows and doors targeting general pests including ants and spiders. Please allow 2 weeks for optimal results with this treatment. I checked the exterior rodent control devices and found moderate activity. I replaced the old bait with new bait. As you stated there are no issues inside at this time. It is recommended to cut back all vegetation in direct contact with the house and ensure downspout leaders are long enough to remove excess water from the foundation. This will help prevent pests from entering your home. I found some openings at the electrical service meter and filled them with copper mesh.
