Good afternoon. Today I was here for your quarterly pest service. I refilled both rodent bait stations which were empty. I removed webs and a few paper wasps nest at garage. I applied a liquid to the perimeter of garage and your home. I treated yellow jackets in the ground by front door. Allow a few days for control, if needed call us back. I found some cave cricket activity near the ice maker in the back. I replaced the glue trap and placed a granular bait to help reduce activity. I also checked the bait station outside and found no feeding. I did not spray the exterior due to the rain. I will let the office know to schedule a follow up for the exterior. Hello, today I completed your initial service. I inspected both units for activity and evidence of pests. I did not find any droppings or live roaches. Both tenants reported some minor activity. The first floor said they have seen some mice in the past but have resolved the issue by blocking off entry points. I placed a bait station at the left side of the house to help keep them from getting inside. Inside I placed a gel bait for the roaches in the cracks and crevices where activity was reported. I placed glue traps around the kitchens and bathroom as well to monitor activity. Due to the rain I was unable to treat outside. I will let the office know to schedule a follow up for the exterior.
