Good afternoon I completed your initial inspection today. I started by inspecting around the kitchen and living room area. I found a few areas around the kitchen with mice droppings. I placed a small mouse bait station in the kitchen on the floor next to the cabinets and one next to the refrigerator. Next, I inspected the basement. I found several areas in the basement with mice droppings and some areas on the sill plate that look like mice have been moving through. I placed three bait stations in the basement one in the window well, and two on the sill plate. I also treated the perimeter of the basement, including the kids room with a liquid residual for ants and other general pests. Next, I checked the bedrooms. The bedroom on the first floor was treated with the liquid residual for ants and other general pests, but had no signs of mice activity. The two rooms upstairs also had no issues with mice or bugs at this time. Finally, I checked the exterior of the house. I was able to reuse

Good afternoon I completed your quarterly service today. Due to the rain I was not able to do an exterior spray. I inspected all the bait stations inside the house. The station in the basement was completely empty and was refilled. The station under the oven was half eaten and replaced. The bait station under the sink was untouched. I also checked the exterior bait stations, including the one next to the shed, all showed high activity and all were refreshed. I did drop off more glue traps as well.
