I inspected the exterior of your home and interior of your homes basement and garage for any termite activity or damage and for any pest or rodent activity or entry points. No visible termite activity or damage Viewed while doing this inspection. Mouse activity visible on interior and exterior of home. I installed four termite monitors around the exterior of your home, one at each corner. I installed five mouse bait stations inside your home. Two are located on either side of the garage door, one is located next to the water heater in the basement. One is located next to the washing machine. Hello my name is David with Green Pest Solutions. Today I inspected your property and installed the Sentricon termite bait system around the exterior perimeter of your house. This product will help control both existing and potential termite activity. Within approximately 90 days of the termites feeding on the bait the entire colony will be eliminated. Please be aware that swarming is still possible and normal. There is no need to spray chemicals on them. A simple home vacuum will easily remove any swarmers. It is recommended to cut back any vegetation touching or close to the house and remove excess storage items from against the foundation. Addressing these issues will help prevent pests from entering your house. I treated the openings in the hand railing on the steps at the right side of the house for carpenter bees.
