He takes the time to explain the why - most people don’t do this anymore as they just want to do their business and move on. David doesn’t. Carefully avoiding plants, vegetables, and any personal items I then applied a non-repellent treatment around the exterior perimeter of your home, treating for ants, spiders and other general pests. Good morning, I was here today to complete your initial pest control service and inspection. I inspected the exterior of your home and interior of your homes basement and garage for any termite activity or damage and for any pest or rodent activity or entry points. No visible termite activity or damage Viewed while doing this inspection. Mouse activity visible on interior and exterior of home. I installed four termite monitors around the exterior of your home, one at each corner. I installed five mouse bait stations inside your home. Two are located on either side of the garage door, one is located next to the water heater in the basement. One is located next to the washing machine. The last one is located in the pantry closet in your kitchen. I installed two large rodent stations outside of your home, one is on the left side of the front deck while the other is located behind the air-conditioning unit underneath Your rear deck in back of the house.
