I inspected the property on the interior as well as on the exterior for any termite activity, but I have not noticed any activity at this time. I also inspected for any rodent entrances where I have pointed out some entrances that needs to be sealed to prevent any rodent activityin the interior of the building, especially in the cold months. I applied a non-repellent liquid solution today in interior of the building in some of the units targeting water, bugs, ants, centipedes, silverfish, and other general pest I I also treated the exterior foundation as well along the roof line, targeting ants, spiders, carpenter, bees, and other general pest. Hello! Today I was here for your Initial pest service. First I placed 8 MBS interior throughout the basement, kitchen and back bedroom to monitor and Eliminate rodent activity. Then I placed 8 snap traps throughout the basement, kitchen and back room. Next I performed a visual inspection while removing all cobwebs from around the exterior of the property, windows, doorways, and underneath the eaves, and no pest issues were noticed during today's service but we found 3 possible entry points around the exterior that we placed copper mesh in. Then I performed a liquid treatment around the exterior of the property, windows, doorways, and underneath the eaves as a preventative for all general pests.
