Hello it was nice speaking with you today. I completed your quarterly service. I added 3 mouse bait stations to the garage, basement and crawl space. I refilled the exterior bait stations due to heavy feeding. I checked the termite monitors and found no activity at this time. Hello it was nice speaking with you today. I completed your initial service. I placed ant bait arenas on the kitchen counter and on the bathroom windowsill where activity was reported. In the basement, I applied a liquid treatment to the back room baseboards and the doorway leading into the main room. I used the same liquid treatment to treat the garage as that seems to be where they are entering the home from. I installed termite monitors at the corners of the home that we’ll check with each visit. I also applied a separate liquid treatment to the perimeter foundation of the home. I found gaps in corners in the kitchen and laundry room that I filled with copper mesh. I placed two mouse bait stations in the basement, two in the kitchen and one in the laundry room. I also placed a larger bait station in the back yard. I applied a liquid treatment to the interior baseboards and exterior foundation to help combat roaches and other general pests. There was one gap I showed you in the back yard that i recommend getting fixed as this could be a potential entry point. I also recommend calling us in two weeks if activity remains high. It is recommended to cut back all vegetation in direct contact with or close proximity to the house at least 12 inches and to reduce mulch levels. This will help prevent pests from entering your home. I found an opening near the air conditioner unit and filled it with copper mesh. Hi, good afternoon, today I completed the premium plus initial service. I applied a non-repellent solution around the perimeter of the kitchen to help mitigate roach activity. I also placed roach bait stations under the sink, in the cabinet next to the oven, and on the back corner of the counter. I also placed glue boards around the kitchen to help monitor roach activity. I removed visible cobwebs from the exterior to reduce spider activity. I installed four termite monitor around the perimeter of the property, these will be inspected every quarterly. I applied another non-repellent solution around the exterior foundation to target ants, spiders, and other general pests. Please allow two weeks for the results of this treatment.
