Today I completed your Sentricon termite installment and inspection. It was nice to meet you today. After inspecting throughout your home, and the exterior on the patio where you saw termite swarmers, no signs of termites was found. The specimens you saved were indeed termite swarmers. 18 Sentricon HD termite baited stations were installed around the exterior perimeter of home. Hello! Today I was here for your Initial pest service. First I placed 4 MBS throughout the basement to monitor and eliminate any rodent activity. Next I applied a liquid treatment interior throughout the entire basement as a preventative for all general pest. Next I performed a visual inspection while removing all cobwebs from around the exterior of the property, windows, doorways, and underneath the eaves, and a lot of paper wasp nest were noticed during today's service but I treated and removed all of them. Today I completed your premium pest control service. I spoke to the customer there are no concerns inside the home at the moment. I then knocked down all visible cobwebs on the exterior. A liquid residual application around all outside windows, doorways, and cracks and crevices. This will help prevent and eliminate seasonal pest activity from getting indoors. Rodent bait stations were inspected and replenished there was very minimal activity. Please allow 10-14 days to see best results. Today I was here for your pest initial complete service. After an inspection of your interior and exterior, no active signs of termites was found. Inactive damage and mud tubes was found in garage and basement. 13 Sentricon termite baited stations were installed around the exterior perimeter of home. These stations will control and monitor any termite activity. And will be inspected at a later date. Per your concern for roaches, a roach gel was applied throughout cabinets in kitchen, and all 3 bathrooms. Glue boards were placed in those areas for monitoring purposes. Please allow up to 10-14 days to see a decrease in activity. A liquid residual treatment was applied around the exterior of home for seasonal insects. Hello! Today I completed your initial quarterly service. For your mouse concern I inspected the home and found that the possible entry point where the HVAC line leads into the home. I used copper mesh to seal up the area as best as possible. I installed two mouse bait stations inside the kitchen where activity was seen. I treated the exterior of the home with a liquid residual for general insect prevention. Termite monitors were installed around the exterior.
